From the minute we stepped into the store, I was extremely impressed with Gunderson's. It was our first stop on our first day of ring shopping. We didn't know anything about anything. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. They listened to our ideas, but also provided so many other options that we never would have considered. We left feeling informed and excited. After visiting a few other stores, I couldn't get Gunderson's out of my head. Nothing that we visited came close to the customer service and professionalism that we experienced at our first stop. My husband returned to Gunderson's to order my ring. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. We went back a few months later to choose a wedding band - same phenomenal experience. As a watch enthusiast, I do not know of many places with both the inventory and staff as I have found at Gunderson's. Mirela is a gem of a salesperson who has been informative and helpful with all of my inquiries and requests, just as she was when acquiring my newest piece: a Seiko SPB121. It is safe to say that Gunderson's Jewelers has earned another loyal customer in me for years to come!

When my now-fiancee and I started shopping for rings a couple months ago, we expected to stop a few places and explore our options. Gunderson's ended up being our first and only stop. They seem to give the star treatment to all their customers. We were shown the utmost attention and care, especially for two people who were unsure about how this even works. We were helped by Alice, who showed genuine interest and excitement the entire process, and answered all my questions patiently and kindly. It couldn't have been a better experience. Most importantly, she loves her ring!

Raven is the best!! Gunderson's cares about Treatjng their customers fairly, and making sure they leave with a smile on their face. I've purchased several timepieces and rings from them, and wouldn't shop anywhere else in Fargo. They have you covered for diamonds, gemstones, watches, and anything else you could possibly dream of owning.

After shopping around for the engagement ring for my wife, I finally came to Gunderson's. I wish I had stopped here first! The staff went out of their way to help us find the perfect setting and helped me design the ring. They made such a good impression with us that we also had the wedding band designed here and they did such an amazing job with both rings. We had an accident and lost a diamond and Mirela and Corey did an amazing job to help repair the band and replace the diamond. They went above and beyond and helped us solder the rings and set everything up perfectly. Thank you so much for everything!

My fiancé Nick and I started our engagement ring shopping at Gunderson’s (Fargo). We were very excited as soon as we walked in because the store was beautiful and everyone there was extremely friendly. Alice was incredible to work with. She listened to the type of ring I envisioned and was able to mark down my favorite styles. She also mentioned that we were able to customize rings as well. After, we went to a few other ring stores, but we ended up going back to Gunderson’s (Fargo) that same day because we loved the overall experience, selection, and customization options. When we came back, Alice was able to send the ring style I envisioned the jewelry designer. Nick received the designers plans back promptly. Alice made it incredibly comfortable and easy to provide feedback on changes we wanted to make on the initial design. Alice was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when Nick went in to pick the center diamond. Nick said he did not feel any pressure when picking out the center diamond and was able to stay within his budget as well. The final product came out amazing! It is everything I wanted and more. Nick and I also had a blast picking out his ring! We ended up finding him a ring that had both styles we wanted to include. I cannot wait for us to pick out my wedding band! We are both so happy that we went with Gunderson’s! Update: I wanted to show what my ring looked like with the wedding bands! All the soldering was done in house. Love it so much!

I was pleased to see them available at Gunderson's and they were able to source one from another store within a couple of days. I didn't actually visit Gunderson to make a purchase. A watch I purchased as a birthday present for my father a few years back required an adjustment. He lost a few pounds so I went in to have links removed. The attendant Katie not only agreed to provide the service but it was also free of charge. The hospitality was amazing. She made me a cup of the most delicious coffee and even invited me to try on watches in their collection.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Raven has gone above and beyond on everything we’ve worked on. She is an excellent communicator and has so much product knowledge. During the process of finding the perfect engagement ring she found an amazing selection of stunning and unique diamonds. We were able to pick the perfect diamond and I cannot wait to see it set and completed! She was also able to find the perfect time piece to celebrate with. We stopped into Gunderson’s this summer, very spur of the moment. It was our first time in the store. I had been considering resetting my diamond into a new setting for awhile but hadn’t found anything I was crazy about. That afternoon at Gunderson’s I discovered the Uneek brand and fell in love with it. We worked with Sam to design the setting which took a few weeks but was so worth it. Sam was extremely helpful when I brought in my vintage Rolex to inquire about lengthening the original bracelet or securing a modern one to fit my larger wrist. She was kind and patient as we discussed options. Due to its age, my watch needed to go back to Rolex and I was told this could be a months long process especially due to Covid-19. While my original bracelet could not be lengthened I was offered the purchase of a new one and keep the original. As an heirloom piece, this was preferable and I received my watch completely serviced and polished with a new bracelet and the original in time for my birthday. It was a long almost 4-month process but was completely worth it! I’m very satisfied with Gunderson’s and appreciative of Sam’s diligence, care, and concern. Thank you.

I went to have my watches repaired. Upon my arrival, the staff was courteous and accommodating. One associate even entertained my toddler as as the other explained the repair process to me. I have been looking for my first nice watch for about the past two years and I am lucky to have walked in to Gunderson’s the day I did. I was strongly considering a Tudor black bay vs an omega seamaster but I didn’t want to make a four hour drive to what I thought was the closest authorized Tudor dealer. From the moment I walked in Samantha B helped me straight away and explained which watch brands she had on hand and those she could get from a sister store. When she mentioned Tudor I became quite excited and I inquired about the piece I had been drooling over online. She mentioned they had just got one in at another store and she could have it in two business days. Sure enough two days later I got the call. I went in a we started talking more watches and I mentioned my grail piece and watch I am saving for a special occasion was a white dial skydweller. I know this piece is hard to come by but never the less she said she would put my name down and work with me to get that watch. Needless to say I bought my first nice watch that day and look forward to working with her in the future!
