EXPAWN shops seems like they strive to hire the best customer service representatives. I've never ran across a sales associate who looks like they'd rather be somewhere else. They know their things. They know their promotions. They are very attentive and strive for a great shopping experience. I never fail to smile when I come into this place because of the way they treat you here.

Better than some of the other pawn shops around Des Moines. I do wish they had more variety to their shop.. Like gaming systems, games, cameras, music players, speaker sets, etc. It seems very limited and a bit everpriced. When pawning or selling I havent had issues. The employees were attentive, friendly, informative, and honest. Pawn shops are pawn shops. You'll never be happy with what you sell/pawn for the price they give. It is a pawn shop!
