I have had many wonderful experiences with Williams Jewelers. I worked with Kay to get my jewelry repaired and to get several pieces appraised. Recently, Michelle created a beautiful, one-of-a-kind ring for me using diamonds from other pieces of jewelry that I was just not wearing. I get compliments on the ring all the time. Williams Jewelers are extremely reputable and great to work with. Their dedication to customer service has shown with every experience I have had. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and really fun to work with. I cannot say enough. Thank you Kay, Michelle and Bruce!

At no point did I feel pressured to buy on the spot or go outside of my cost range. They even remembered me after over 2 years when we came back for wedding rings! My two most recent pieces were custom designed by Michelle Williams and are stunning! We attended a gem event with them last fall and then Michelle designed a gorgeous pendant for one of the stones and a magnificent ring for the other. I couldn't be happier! We'd been shopping for engagement rings and wedding bands for a while and really couldn't find what we needed. My fiancé is very active, so she had specific constraints that would allow her to actually wear her ring during normal life. She described the ring she was after to Carolee, who took it all in, thought for a second, then walked over to a display case and pulled out the perfect ring for her. We couldn't be happier, and the rest of our buying experience was equally easy. Carolee even found me a wedding band that I actually like (not an easy task, surprisingly), along with a stainless "beater ring" that's really comfortable to wear when I mountain bike. The whole process has been great, and Carolee's service and attention to detail have been fantastic.

Every other jeweler I went to before said they would not/could not do the job and I was beginning to lose hope that I would be able to get the diamond replaced. I had the most happy experience at Williams Jewelers. I had researched the price of pre-owned and new Rolex watches online, but made the decision to buy a new one in person because I like giving local stores my business. I wasn’t prepared to buy yet. I was going to visit all the certified Rolex stores in Denver. I’m a researcher and not an impulse buyer. The store was perfect and I got my Rolex there. There was no need to go elsewhere, and absolutely no buyers remorse. I can’t stop looking at at my wrist! Bruce Williams, the owner, helped us and he was sooooo nice, kind and very knowledgeable. They didn’t have new Rolexes at this location, but there was a good selection of pre-owned watches. In the end I got the watch I really wanted but couldn’t afford new. They had already performed a full service on the watch to make it good as new. This watch was half the price of a new one and looked pristine! It has a smaller face that isn’t available anymore and the loveliest bracelet. Here is the kicker- the price was very similar to the ones I’d seen online. And I even checked when I got home. It had the original box and papers. Beyond price, the experience was wonderful and happy! Bruce briefed me on service schedule, details about how to use it, when to wear it (almost always), when not to (gardening). I have never been so happy about a purchase! Well done! You’ve got me as a customer forever and I’m pretty sure my friend will return for the lovely watch she tried on. I wish I could buy a piece of jewelry every day just for the experience at Williams.

Unfortunately, I lost a small diamond in the setting two weeks ago and immediately brought the ring into the store to have it repaired. I discovered Williams Jewelers shortly after moving to Denver from Boston. I was really just searching for a local, well reviewed jeweler to take a look at a family heirloom. Williams popped up with great reviews, and after all I have done with them, I know why. I started off my experience with Williams taking in my grandmother's engagement ring to be appraised. It was a very easy to schedule process, and even when their appraiser had to res-schedule my initial meeting, they gave me ample warning and immediately re-scheduled me the the next available time slot. I was so impressed by the service I received as well as all of the beautiful pieces I saw in the shoppe and the great location in Cherry Creek, that I casually mentioned to my boyfriend at the time how they would be my "go-to jeweler" for anything I may need. Flash forward a few months and that boyfriend of mine remembered my recommendation and went into the shop to select my engagement ring! He was very smart and brought our friend who knew what I really wanted. And even though my wish was a little out of the ordinary (an east-west set emerald cut stone...with a lot of precise details I knew I DIDN'T want) Kay was about to help him pick out the most perfect ring I could ever imagine! From what I have been told about his visit there, no one tried to up sell him on anything and really just listened to what it seemed I wanted and what he really wanted me to have! I spent many more afternoons in the shop with Kay, trying on wedding bands and having a very hard time making up my mind because there were SO many beautiful options! My husband even took awhile to pick out his own wedding band, he didn't think there would be so many choices that he would like so much! My husband and I wound up moving back east during our wedding planning process, but Kay made it as easy as possible for us to still purchase our wedding bands through Williams. She was even kind enough to note any other pieces that either of us took an interest in during our numerous visits, which was a HUGE help when we each decided to purchase wedding day gifts for one another!! Since our move I have contacted Kay a number of times for help with care and maintenance of our beautiful new jewelry. Kay at Williams Jewelers was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and helpful and not at all pushy. My fiancé wanted something unique and non-traditional and Kay was quick to hone in on her likes and style. We special ordered a ring that was in the store and when it turned out very different, Kay was accommodating and professional in ensuring we ended up with a product that we loved. She was able to exchange the special order for the floor model and size it to seamless perfection. My fiancé loves it. I would definitely recommend the place if you are looking for personal, friendly, and warm service with what can be an overwhelming situation. I felt frustrated in many stores because the salespeople would see my engagement ring, which has a non-diamond colored stone, and assume it was a less precious stone than what it actually is. When it came time to pick up our bands, I was running a little late and close to closing time, but they actually stayed open until I arrived and did not rush the experience. I feel like this is a jeweler that I want to have repeat experiences with, and I look forward to being a return customer of theirs.

I went here looking for an engagement ring. When I got there I sat down with Keri to take a look at their rings. Keri was extremely helpful. We discussed Sarah (my now fiancée) and her life style and what rings may be best. I knew I wanted a sapphire instead of a diamond and Keri had a few delivered which we examined and picked the best for what I was looking for. I couldn’t find a setting I was really excited about. I already had a unique design concept that I had found in a picture online. Keri suggested that if what they had wasn’t what I was looking for, then maybe we should go the custom route. Their designer did a killer job. The did a wax mold to verify it what was I was wanting; then 4 weeks later I had the custom made ring in my hand. Keri is did an amazing job in handling my little knowledge in rings. I will be a using Williams Jewelers for all my jewelry needs in the future.

Such friendly staff! Visited Williams Jewelers today with my girlfriend to ask about fixing some minor scratches on the white gold bezel on my Rolex. They gave me the honest opinion that due to it being only 1.5 years old they didn't recommend having it polished until it's scheduled checking in at Rolex even though they would essentially be losing a sale to make a couple hundred dollars. I also noticed while I just so happened to be in the store that a bracelet screw was coming out! They took it in the back and checked all the bracelet screws and put thread lock on the ones that needed it. I asked how much I owed them and Stephanie kindly said "No charge, just please come again." WOW. I will most certainly be back. I'm very glad that kind of long-term client view is still around today and that I've found it at Williams Jewelers.

I was referred by long time customers to Bruce Williams. He helped me through the daunting process of selecting a diamond ring unbeknownst to her! So I had to get it right on my own. Ouch. Staff is super helpful. Unfortunately they seem to be a smaller Rolex AD. So inventory is usually lacking. Hyde park and ben bridge replenish inventory MUCH faster for sport model Rolex watches. But this place is great.
