I came in to look at the items in the liquidation sale, and then ended up returning a week later to purchase a ring that I had seen. The staff and security guard were SO kind, attentive, and friendly. Great selection of jewelry and everything is very high quality. Definitely a fan!

I had such a wonderful experience here! Melissa was so patient, kind, and knowledgable. My friend was looking for a chain to wear a pendant of his on so we decided to stop by. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find one that fit, but Melissa was incredibly patient and let us try tons of chains despite us not deciding to take one home. We felt very cared for and welcome! Furthermore, the showroom is STUNNING and the artists they carry are wildly unique. They have artsy eccentric jewelry you won’t find elsewhere but are also authorized dealers for many prestigious watch manufacturers. Something for everyone, but very cohesive all at once. A must see for any jewelry enthusiast!!!

I want to thank Chris Duncan and Jeremy Oster for their excellent customer service in purchasing a Bremont Argonaut. Chris went out of his way to answer my questions and dealt with my indecisiveness in purchasing my first fine luxury wristwatch. I never felt pressure from Chris or Jeremy and they were genuine and kind each time I visited the shop. I am excited to wear my Bremont as it is much more unique and special compared to some of the bigger known brands. Thank you Oster Jewelers and I am excited to start my journey into fine luxury watch collecting and education! PS - I highly recommend Jeremy's Keeping Time Podcast. Great podcast for the rush hour gridlock in Denver:)

Came across Oster as my local Audemars dealer looking for a Royal Oak Offshore watch. Trevor was informative and educated me on some of the features of the watch. The watch was new for 2017 and super hard to get. I could have purchased at a boutique in Vegas or another dealer in Dallas. Both locations didn't take me serious in what I was looking for. Oster didn't "pre-qualify" and treated me like a serious buyer. I decided to wait as I placed a deposit for a watch with a unknown delivery time. It took 5 months and I feel it was worth the wait. It was worth dealing dealing with people that worked with me on a fair price. It was worth waiting for the top notch customer service that I received. It was worth the wait dealing with people that cared about what was important to me. I received updates with information on delivery even though it was limited. There was no pressure and both Jeremy and Trevor provided me with a serious watch at a fair price. They just made a customer for life.

These were also great experiences. Watch selection here is quite good, and there are always some interesting pieces to look at. Will definitely be back.

I would never shop at another jewelry store in Denver. Oster is simply the best! Their selection, style, customer service are all incredible. It is a shame that there is that one-star review still on here from 5 years ago. If you read it it seems clear to me that the writer was reacting emotionally to not being able to purchase the 'ring of her dreams' after waiting 3 weeks and seeing the price of gold go up! I was impressed that Oster was willing to come down so much to get close to her price - to me that illustrates the real quality, caring and commitment you will get here. Even that writer had to admit that the staff are super-helpful and friendly!
