Where to start ?!!! The experience we had the first day we came in was amazing. We met with Len Larson who was amazing and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Then we met his son Zach who was beyond amazing in helping me find my ideal engagement ring and helping me customize it to Exactly how I wanted it !!! Zach was extraordinary in keeping in touch with us and giving us updates and did it all in a timely manner that was unbelievable!! So glad we came to this family owned business and definitely recommend it !! Thank you for helping us make our long awaited dreams come true !!!!!

I went into Len Larson's because of the good reviews. I purchased an engagement ring from Zach. I knew very little about diamonds, and he took a lot of time to explain all the differences and showed me several different diamonds, even held the diamonds up to his girlfriend's ring finger to compare sizes. Zach could have easily gotten a lot more money from me but he didn't, even after I told him my budget. I ended up spending half of what I told him.I am definitely going to buy all my engagement rings from them from now on!

This is BY FAR the best and friendliest jewelry shop I have ever been in. A Family owned and run business. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in their craft. And will tell you straight like it is. I had some Jewelry I was looking to sell. Some of which they do not take,but gave me suggestions on what to do with it. And with the items he would take he took his time. Didn't feel comfortable shopping for a ring at the huge, snoody if you will, jewelry stores, especially for a girl who doesn't buy the whole "he went to Jared" thing. Wanted a family business kind of shop, stopped in here based on the reviews, and was STILL blown away at my experience. If you want to spend a lot on a pristine piece of jewelry, they can certainly offer that, but if you have a budget or want to find something more personal or unique, they care more about finding you exactly what you're looking for than making a big sale. Even told me if they couldn't find what I wanted they would recommend me to one of their competitors!!! Best customer service I've experienced in my life. I went there to sell my antique jewelry and I don't think the place lived up to all the previous reviews. I was given prices based on the stone and metal alone and the antique value was not assessed (I kept most of the pieces and plan to try again elsewhere to compare appraisals). While I was in with Len, another customer was waiting and I felt extremely rushed and like Len was having a hard time keeping track of all the details and prices for each piece. The final total was tallied up in a rush and I had to ask them to repeat it a few times so I could double check they had everything.

I hated it at first, but now after checking out to other companies, I loved the fact that they were ethical. Now, Loved it. I have a medallion that I wanted to sell, because I am destitute. Like a dummy, I was thinking that my medallion would be worth more than the $79.00 I was being offered. Well, it was worth more to me because my mom gave it to me when I was 15 and I am now 55. Any, I left thinking (this is what I get when I think) another company would give me more. So, I took off to Advance America, they wanted to give me $59, and EZ Pawn $49.00. So, long story short. My New Year’s resolution is to stop procrastinating, so I wanted to make reviewing this business a priority in the first week of 2023, because this is a wonderful, wonderful family-run business that you can trust with your most valued possessions. I brought in an entire bag of random items to see if they were real or fake and what they would be worth. This included silver bowls and cups, gold rings and bracelets, and jewelry with possible gems of all kind. Len Larson himself sat with me for hours, utilizing a meticulous scientific process to determine what each item exactly was, by percentages! He has been doing this for over 30 years and really knows his stuff! He and his son are duly educated, and have obtained the highest certificates available for what they do. It is really quite fascinating and they have such a respect for each item, no matter it’s worth, and for the process of determining what things are. The team there is transparent about absolutely everything, including how they come to determine an item’s worth. They document everything for you and are very sincere in that there is zero pressure to accept their offer for the items. If you’re only going to get an estimate of the value, there is a nominal fee for their time, which is quite reasonable. They also never handle your items out of your eyesight.
