We presented Jason with a number of items that required repairs and a bridal set that needed a new setting. His patience and expertise has now allowed us to enjoy what had been sitting in a drawer just collecting dust. Everyone needs a Jason in their life, besides the knowledge of his craft he is kind, has a great since of humor and is a die hard Browns fan… but don’t hold that against him! If you have any jewelry needs run don’t walk to see Jason… I hope to be acquiring some new pieces in the near future! I hope my husband reads this, no more big box stores for us! AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH My now fiance and I were in the market for an engagement ring. After going to several jewelers and looking at several rings we decided that we wanted to design a custom ring. After reading reviews we decided to set up an appointment with Jason. We met with Jason and he listened to all of our preferences and elements of design from several different rings. Jason created a digital rendering, which we went back and forth on a few times until it was perfect. Then the fun began. Jason created a mold of the rendering and ordered several center stones (diamonds) to offer us a wide range of price points and stones of different characteristics (4 C's). We met with Jason and he taught us about the diamonds and the instruments used to characterize the diamonds. He let us examine each stone and chose the stone that was right for us (quality and price). Never once did he try to sell us something we didn't like or want, but he was happy to give us his advice/opinion. A few weeks later the ring was ready. I proposed to my fiance before heading out for vacation about a week ago and we couldn't be happier with the ring, and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Jason to friends and family for any jewelry needs in the future.

I liked a post of a college friend getting engaged and he reached out, let me say I will never regret my decision to give him a chance. Not only this but he is a certified gemologist and really takes the time to educate you on your decision. On top of that, the connection doesn’t end with the sale like most places! Jason was able to fix a gold bangle bracelet for me that I thought I’d never be able to wear again. It was a gift from a family member years ago with so much sentimental value to me I was heart broken when it broke. I sent a picture asking if it was possible and he was up for the task. Went in to get my wife a one year anniversary gift. Jason couldn’t have been more helpful or easy to work with. Obviously being the husband, I waited till the last minute to get it and sadly he had all but the specific bracelet I was looking for. I started working with Jason 2 years ago and wrote him a 5-star review then, and I’m updating to say if I could give a 100-star review, I would. 2 years ago Jason cleaned and re-plated my wedding ring. I had at the time let him know I was considering adding a wedding band to my ring ( I originally didn’t think I wanted a band when I married). 2 years later, my husband surprised me letting me know he had talked to Jason, and we were ready to design my band. When I went to meet with Jason, I had expressed concerns with my current ring, the white gold was yellowing quickly and had been doing so since I was engaged. So Jason and I discussed the possibility of resetting my ring in platinum. We also went over what I was considering for a band design. I wasn’t sure which options we would go with considering cost, so Jason put together multiple pricing options with leaving my ring as is and adding a band, new ring in platinum etc. When we talked it over, my husband surprised my by agreeing to a new platinum ring, and new center diamond to compliment the design I had in mind. THIS is where Jason really shined as a jeweler. I am extremely type a, perfectionist, and extremely detail oriented. Throughout the entire process of designing this new ring, Jason answered every single question I had. He helped me fine tune every single detail of my ring including down to the exact number of diamonds, and even precise height of my prongs and where the diamond would sit in the carriage. I wanted my exact original ring, just adding a center band and was very specific about each part, as my husband had custom designed my original ring. Jason was incredibly accommodating with every minute detail I wanted to change/add/make sure stayed the same to my original ring. He had my wax cast sent so that I could see the ring before it was created and fine tune the details with a 3D, tangible model. When I hesitated and had more questions he had the molding sent back so I could again, see everything before the final piece was made. I was overwhelmed and very nervous with this whole process, and Jason walked me through every single step of this and never made me feel like my need to fine tune every single detail was a burden. I had a million questions and he was always ready to call, send messages with updates and answers, or set up a face-to-face meeting to go over any and every detail. His website says “. It isn’t possible to end up with something that we didn’t start with because you are part of each step of the approval process.” This was 100% true, not something he just says, he stand by and delivers and keeps you involved and no change is too small to discuss! I am so so so happy with my ring. It is everything I hoped it would be. It was 4-months in the making which is much much longer than most take and had everything to do with my need for perfection. But Jason delivered perfection, and was willing to work with me as long as it took so when I put that ring on and brought it home, I was 1000% happy. I know this review is long winded, but I wanted to explain in detail just how much time and effort Jason puts into his work. He is passionate, knowledge, and his prices can’t be beat. His willingness to go above and beyond for his customers is what makes him stand out. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do anything with their jewelry, whether it’s clean, inspect, redesign etc. Thank you Jason for being so wonderful to work with and helping me make something so important to Ryan and myself so beautiful and something I can truly treasure forever.

My wife was interested in creating a custom eternity band consisting of a mix of white diamonds and blue shaded tanzanites. We learned about Sakasci through social media and since we both work in New Albany we made an appointment to see what he was about. At the time we weren’t ready to make the investment, but Jason did not put any pressure on us or make us feel obligated. My wife’s wedding ring, when I was a young lieutenant, was an heirloom from her great grandmother who wore it in the the 1920s.
