Went to the store on High yesterday and could not have been more impressed and happy with how an expensive piece of jewelry turned out. The store is intimate, clean, and the perfect place to go for all your jewelry needs. Alec was truly exceptional. He was the reason we decided to go here instead of anywhere else. He is the utmost professional and we couldn't have been happier. He did an exceptional job designing and creating an the engagement ring and it is STUNNING. Great, friendly, knowledgeable service! Alec helped me out with a ring that had been bent out of shape. He sat there and re-bent it back multiple times, having me try it on each time until it felt right, while also checking with great care to ensure the gold wasn’t being compromised. I just proposed to my girlfriend but unfortunately the ring I got her was way too big. (It needed to be sized down 2 while sizes.) Afterwards I called 11 different jewelers around the city and every single one had a turnaround time averaging 2-3 weeks due to the holidays. Koulian Jewelers was the last place I called and they said they could have it resized in under 24 hours!! We brought the ring in and Alec was so very helpful and fun to work with. We both were blown away by the quality and speed he provided! 10/10 recommend you stop in!! Thanks again Alec for your excellent customer service and doing exceptional work!

Update: I have had the privilege of knowing Alec with Koulian Jewelers for years now. Unfortunately, I kept breaking the glass on my watch, and Alec always took care of me. Fortunately, that created a great friendship between us since I stopped in so frequently. Since I had known Alec, there wasn't anyone else I would trust with helping me pick out my engagement ring. Alec worked with my boyfriend (at the time) to get the most beautiful ring of my dreams! I am thrilled. Alec even went above and beyond to ensure that the ring would be ready before my boyfriend and I went on vacation so that he could propose. If you need anything related to jewelry, you have to see Alec at Koulian Jewelers. I will be going to them for the rest of my life! In short, I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Customer service 5/5. Expertise 5/5. Price 5/5. It was resized in shop and turnaround time given as 3 days, but was ready less than 24 hours later. For more details: I went here to get a sapphire and diamond ring (with a tiny band width) resized and honestly everything about the service was amazing, I could not have chosen a better jeweler. They were the BEST around for both price and turnaround time. A different store told me they could not even guarantee that the ring would survive the resizing!! The ring went from a size 3 to a size 5, I had a budget of $100 and they were quite below that. They also heeded my request of doing a size 5 even though I measured about 5.5 because I wanted it tight (which turned out the perfect size). They even avoided messing up the makers mark!! I talked to both gentlemen who worked there and both were completely knowledgeable, assured me of any concerns and they did the resizing in house in less than 24 hours when other shops told me it could be up to a month. They also gave it a cleaning and my ring looked better than it ever had, I simply could not stop staring, pictures do not do it justice! The amount of light that came through the ring was amazing.

I cannot recommend Koulian Jewelers enough! I had to have my engagement ring resized, and was very nervous to leave my ring somewhere. However I could not have had a better experience. They were able to get my ring back to me in less than 24 hrs, whereas other jewelers told me it would take 2-4 weeks for a resize. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I finally came across Koulian Jewelers, and they made the repair promptly. More specifically, I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes, and the price was reasonable as well. I am very happy with the service I received.

Best jeweler in town hands down! I am from east coast and had a difficult time finding a good jewelry store that can also do custom work. This place is amazing and priced very reasonably. His new store location in Short North is great too and very convenient. I will be back for sure. By the way, don't get this place confused with the place on Main st. That is some other jewelry store. 5 stars all the way!!!

great team of people who are extremely knowledgeable. had my vintage Rolex serviced and they kept an open line of communication the whole time, got it repaired by a requested date for an event, went above and beyond by repairing cosmetic damages that i had not even mentioned when dropping it off. also fixed a handful of unsuspected issues that they found when opening the watch up free of charge by standing behind initial quote. this is the only jeweler in Columbus i will be giving my business to moving forward. thank you friends!
