Rich worked with me to change a cherished ring of my Mother's into a necklace - it is BEAUTIFUL!!! He also sized and put a new stone (my birthstone) into another ring of hers and I must say it is more beautiful than the original. He and the rest of the staff are awesome, they "get it" when it comes to jewelry and how personal it is and what it means to people. GREAT craftmanship!

They did it again! Rich created a beautiful necklace for my Mother years ago. It had 2 diamonds in it. After her passing, my wife suggested to have each of the diamonds made into 2 separate necklaces for each of our daughters. I have a very nice bezel set ruby ring that the ruby fell out of a few weeks ago. I was referred to Jeff Johnson & Co by another jeweler saying he was the best at bezels. I took it in and it took a week to repair but you can’t rush these things. I am over the moon with how it turned out. It’s perfect and I don’t have to worry about my ruby anymore. Don’t hesitate to go to Jeff Johnson & Co with all your jewelry needs. Edit I’ve been to Jeff Johnson & Co many times now for different things. I got a gift appraised, I got my wedding set soldered and they noticed that my accent diamonds were loose and tightened them up for me. Most recently, I brought in some loose stones that I had sourced myself and had them set into a ring. It turned out exactly how I wanted and I am very very pleased with the service I have received here.

I had just purchased a new watch that came with a Stainless Steel Bracelet that needed to be adjusted to fit my wrist. As I had just moved to the Northern part of Columbus from the Circleville, Oh area, needed to find a new Jewler to perform this service for me and my never ending collection of watches. So I rolled the dice and did a Google Search for a Jewler near me. After reading all the great reviews, I brought my newest watch in to be sized. Jeff, himself removed two links from the bracelet to make it a perfect fit! Total cost $16.37 When I asked him about servicing another Automatic Watch I owned, he informed me that they only replaced the batteries in Quartz Watches and then proceeded to write down the Name, Address & Phone Number for a business that specialized in Clock & Watch Repairs! Jeff and his staff at all times friendly and professional and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend!

They were extremely pleasent to deal with and provided a quick turn around for me to pick up my rings. Took one week and they called to let me know I could pick them up whenever once they were ready. I was a new customer referred to them for a Ring to be resized. Very friendly over the phone and in person even though I’ve never been a customer. While I was there waiting, I noticed that almost all the customers who came in the store the staff knew them by name which is a good sign that they have repeat loyal customers. They were nice enough to resize my ring in about an hour while I went out to lunch. I know that’s not normal for a jewelry shop, but a goldsmith was available. Jeff Johnson is amazing. I had a ring that needed sized down 4 sizes and the other jewelry stores I went to said they couldn't do it or tried to charge outrageous and claimed it would require a tremendous amount of work. Yes, they had the popular styles, but they also carried the vintage style and die-struck pieces manufactured by the Whitehouse Brothers out of Cincinnati - which is what I ended up selecting and have received so many compliments on how special it looks. -They also make some of their own jewelry and you can see their work stations within the store, which is really neat. -Bang for our buck. Let me tell you, this is a WOW exclamation piece of jewelry. It's just stunning, and I feel like I got more for our money than what I saw at the other stores. But most importantly, I am am tickled happy about the ring we got. I definitely recommend checking them out!
