Went in to have my husbands wedding band resized and John Moseley was there to help us! Everything about our experience was fantastic! The customer service was prompt, friendly, and personable! Excellent business. I had my (now) fiance find a ring she loved. She ended up finding one at another store, but the price was way out of my budget. I came back to Mosley's to see what they could do and they custom made me the exact same ring that she originally found, with cleaner diamonds and some custom personal enhancements. The price was unbelievable. I got a brand new ring made to my liking. They show you exactly what the ring will look like through their virtual program, and allow you to make adjustments right in front of you. You get to see the ring before its ever made, so you can change everything to the way you want it all the while sticking to your budget. Why the hell would you not come here? The best part is that her ring is now listed in their book under her name so its the only one of its kind. Cant beat that, she loves it! The Mosley brothers are the nicest guys you will ever meet! I will definitely be back in there to buy her other jewelry!

If you do happen to have any defects within your rings or jewelry they have been very through to fix and make it right. We could not be more satisfied with all of our purchases from Mosley’s. My family is a second generation customer and could not be more pleased with Mr. John Mosley and all his staff!

Over the years I've bought most of my wife's jewelry from Moseley's and have always been very satisfied and treated very well. However in recent times I've moved away from jewelry as gifts and have instead we've done celebration trips. As a result, I've not been into Moseley's in at least 5 years to purchase jewelry and during this time most of the people that I have worked with in the past are no longer in the Lexington store. Yesterday I went to Moseley's for a simple request and as has always been the case the staff came through and helped me out. I needed an old watch to have a simple repair to the watch band that Jewelry Warehouse could't (or wouldn't) attempt to try. Moseley's staff did not hesitate to give the repair a shot and within 5 minutes returned my watch to me with the repair that was needed. On top of that they didn't charge me! It's customer service like this that goes a long way and will insure that I will continue to go to Moseley's for all my jewelry needs for my wife.

He listened to my ideas, walked me through the process, and worked with me through the design phase including 3D renderings and 3d printed models. I had a great experience with Moseley. I wanted to create an engagement ring using the stones from my fiancé's great grandmother's ring. The designer at the Broad River location worked with me to find the design I wanted. They were very easy to work with and made good suggestions and really tried to understand what I wanted. When I had an idea or made a suggestion they always came back with exactly what I was looking for. The design process was made easier by the mock-ups and concept art they sent me. Once I settled on a design they were able to take Great Grandmother's stones and use them in the design. The finished product looked so good; I could not believe they were the same diamonds. Delivery, payment, and the entire process was pain free and exactly what I wanted. The jeweler made sure everything was sound and perfect. They even went the extra mile to make sure I had the right box for the ring. I just want to thank TC and the entire Moseley team for making it happen.

I used Moseley' s about 15 years ago to redo a diamond engagement ring from my grandmother. It is gorgeous. When I inherited the remainder of the jewelry from her and my mother, I decided to go back to Moseley's. John Moseley and his staff helped me redo the pieces into jewelry that I can wear and enjoy and pass on to my family. It gives me fond memories of my mother and grandmother. Have purchased items and this last time I had a problem with my watch, the battery, I bought a life time battery, reasonable. If ever goes dead again, walk in, explain and they replace right away. After spending an entire day looking around jewelry stores in Columbia for a good-quality strand of pearls to give my girlfriend for Christmas, I came up empty handed. I walked into Moseley's an hour before the store closed, and I was immediately greeted by an employee who showed me their pearl collection. I was very impressed. While Moseley's did not have much of the cheaper fashion pearl jewelry that you might find in some department stores, they did have the biggest range of high-quality white pearls that I saw all day. The strand that I purchased from Moseley's was almost perfectly matched in color and size. And most importantly, the pearls were priced very generously. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

John Moseley and his staff were so helpful when I went in to see about getting my first engagement ring made into my first year anniversary band. I showed them the first engagement ring and handed them my wedding ring and wedding band and explained how I would like to use the diamonds from the first ring to make the anniversary band and a few other changes with the other diamonds. John and his staff took their time to listen and then said that they knew they could do this and ask if I would be ok to leave all three rings with them. I said yes even though it was hard to part with my wedding ring as all women are like that 🤗. John kept in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing and that he would have them back to me before our anniversary. He was so caring and patient as there were times that I would call to check as the date was getting closer. Now I dropped these off on the Monday before Christmas and our anniversary is on new years Eve. So they were also dealing with the holidays and the time frame of when I needed these rings back. John called the Thursday before New years Eve and said they were ready and said that they turned out beautiful. They did the most amazing job on my rings and he even complimented me on my ideas. I want everyone to know this is the place to go for any changes to your existing jewelry and for your new jewelry purchases, they are the best people ever. Moseley's is awesome. I worked with Moseley's to create my fiancée's beautiful custom engagement ring, as well as her matching wedding band and my wedding band. I primarily worked with Jeremy, but John (and several staff at both stores) helped out as well. Both Jeremy and John are kind, excellent communicators and provided wonderful customer support throughout the entire process for me. I live in Baltimore, MD but was pointed to Moseley's in SC by someone who'd worked with them in the past and spoke very highly of their customer service and work. I knew I wanted a very specific style of engagement ring for my fiancée, and I couldn't find it at any of the big name jewelers. (Plus, their salespeople were always very pushy, and that turned me off.) I ended up working with Jeremy over the phone, through emails, and even texts, all hours of the day and all days of the week over the course of several months as we worked out my budget, the exact design of the ring, and then the choosing of the diamond. He made the process so easy for me. I can not stress that enough. As a man, buying an engagement ring is a huge undertaking and very stressful! Jeremy was awesome and laid out the plan at the beginning and guided me step by step. He is a champ. I want to also add that the value of the jewelry is excellent. I was able to purchase a much larger and higher quality stone from Moseley's than I would have been able to from a big box jeweler for the same price. Moseley's doesn't try to take massive margins and rip you off like some other places. I feel the price I paid was very fair. After I proposed, we discovered that the ring was slightly too big for my fiancée's finger. We overnighted the ring back to Moseley's (I tracked that thing like a hawk online), and they resized it the day they got it, and then overnighted it back to me in Maryland! I couldn't believe how fast they worked. I should also add that my fiancée absolutely loves her engagement ring and was completely wowed by the craftsmanship and quality of the ring and stone. This business went above and beyond and totally beat my expectations. I can not thank everyone who I worked with enough. Their beautiful work and excellent customer service are outstanding. I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody looking for engagement or wedding jewelry.

A true 5 star experience! You know how when you walk into a five star resort and the staff is friendly and make you feel, well, like your at a five star resort? Every experience at Moseleys is like that. John and crew are very friendly, and knowledgeable. I went to the Lexington store first and it almost made me not go to this store because they just didn't have a big selection at all. However when I drove by I was running ahead on some errands so I figured why not stop. I am so glad I did stop. These people all stopped doing what they were doing and joined in to help me. Some 19 uears ago, I walked in the Broad River Rd location to look at diamond engagement rings. After realizing that I knew very little about diamonds, the sales lady informed me that she would not be selling me a diamond that day. She asked me to sit down. She then spent an hour teaching me about diamonds. After ten or twelve visits looking at dozens of diamonds, I chose one. Several days later, I got the call that it was ready. Shortly after I proposed, we notived that one prong was bent. I returned to Mosely's and showed it to the sales lady. She took it to "the back". The jeweler brought it back out front and appologized for the problem and assured me that it would be fixed right. I picked it up the next day. This recent visit was due to the prongs being worn down. The service was no less than it was 19 years ago. I drove an hour and a half back to that location for this service and I would do it again. Hila is a joy to work with at Mosley’s. I needed to replace a stone from my favorite ring. She helped me with my ring and we ended up talking about my other jewelry. I had some beautiful pearls, diamond pendant and diamond engagement ring from my ex. They were collecting dust and I was going to give them to my daughter. Hila suggested that I use the above pieces by designing new jewelry from them. We created a modern gold bracelet using the 2 diamonds as accents. This bracelet also is an extender to my choker pearl necklace. We created a beautiful gold necklace using the ornate clasp from the pearl necklace and created beautiful pearl and gold earrings from the plain stud pearl earrings. My once beautiful but boring jewelry that would have been unused for years are now modernized and repurposed. Thank you Hila. You listened and created masterpieces for me.
