Moseley’s is my go to on everything jewelry. Got my wife’s Engagement ring here and since then all birthday, Christmas, anniversary’s, etc! Rhonda at the Chapin location is super great. John and Jeremy do a great job and If you haven’t visited one of Moseley’s locations I highly recommend that you do. Support local!

I've used Mosley's for years and have always been extremely happy! Today I stopped by to have a few sentimental pieces of jewelry redesigned and a new ring made. Although they were extremely busy The Mosley's Team took the time needed to guide me through the process of making some hard decisions. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and left at peace and very happy with the suggestions and designs they came up with!!! I can't thank you guys enough! I'll post pictures when they are completed.

I had placed two beautiful gold rings in silver jewelry cleaner overnight. The next day the gold looked gray and nothing we did made it better. I was so distressed and I know my husband had to exercise great restraint not to fuss at me. I took them to Moseley's in Chapin. Hila made no promises but took them to the back to try to clean them. 5 minutes later the gray was gold again. She recommended getting my rings cleaned & assured me jeweler could make them look even so much better. It was the best $29 I’ve spent in eons! My engagement ring looked like the day my husband proposed in 1986 and the beautiful cocktail ring he gave me our third anniversary looked brand new - no scratches, discoloration or dirty diamonds. Needless to say, I am thrilled! Thank you Moseleys for a job EXCEPTIONALLY WELL DONE!

Came in the Chapin location at closing time and everyone was so nice and willing to me find a gift. Daunya was extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with. She placed an order for the items I wanted explaining they may not be here for 2-3 days. The next day she called to tell me they had received the items and I could come by to take a look before she wrapped them for me!! Super service and super friendly staff.

Great customer service. Took some earrings in to be fixed. Ronda suggested an idea I was not aware of. The outcome was great. Very happy and the cost was very reasonable. Strongly recommend working with Ronda if you have jewelry that needs updating/fixing/etc.

We were newer to town and looking for a jeweler that might compare to the one we loved in our previous hometown. This isn’t “the one.” We needed a ring sized and figured that was a good way to test them out. The employee said it would only be a couple of days even though the paperwork said longer; it took the longer amount of time (I forget if it was one or two weeks). That bit wasn’t so bad but she shouldn’t have said that. It made us quite nervous since it was a family heirloom. When I went to pick up the ring I was very excited to also get my rings professionally cleaned (I hadn’t had them cleaned in ages). The woman was clearly annoyed. She took them, blew them out, did not clean them, then brought them back to me… like I wouldn’t notice. Super disappointed and won’t be returning. Just because we didn't spend that much money THIS time doesn’t mean we aren’t valuable customers.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Moseley's Diamond Showcase. I spoke with Olivia by phone prior to my visit and she confirmed that the store carried the Southern Gates jewelry line. She was most helpful during my visit. The necklace I chose came within 6 days and I received a call from the store. Even the packaging was lovely. I cannot to give my special family member this gift at Christmas!

I had an amazing experience, I had been looking for this particular watch and came across Mosley's Diamond store who had my watch I had searched everywhere for. With the help of Daunya and Ronda these sweet and caring ladies packaged my watch with such TLC very impressed as it was all the way to the west coast it travelled. I feel they went above and beyond for me and that says so much about the company. Definitely will be a new spot for me to shop online.
