I have been working with Koorosh since 2008. From a men’s band, to custom rings, his work and service has always been absolute perfection. My aunt purchased an emerald ring there on my recommendation. I recently went back after not seeing him for 10 years and even through a mask he remembered me, my wife, my aunt and my wife’s ring. Try and get this service and quality of workmanship anywhere else. I challenge you. He recently remade a ring for me. My platinum band had cracked. Insurance paid for a new ring. I wanted the exact same ring and he was able to remake it perfectly. He is a master craftsman who is also a perfect customer facing agent of his work. I would never go anywhere else. Update: I added a picture of my wife’s ring that Koorosh worked on as well.

No pressure and consultative service. We got my wife's grandmas ring resized, customized and decorated with new diamonds. The result was incredible. My wife was so excited and she felt no pressure along the process. She was given a 3D printed replica to be sure of the look and feel which gave more comfort. We also price shopped from 3 places and decided to go with this place for the service, expertise and reasonable pricing. I'd recommend to everyone doing the research.

Koorosh worked with my fiancé to design the ring of my dreams based on the rings I liked on my Pinterest board and Koorosh was able to 3D print a few rings for my fiancé to choose from. Backstory - I had spent roughly six months searching the internet to understand diamonds better so I could choose the perfect diamond. As an analytical thinker, my goal was to find a team that understood the requirements and could supersede those expectations. I stumbled upon Koorosh's Spotify podcast called 'The Ring Master Podcast.' I highly recommend anyone who needs insights on subjects to check out the options available. After listening to his joy of diamonds and creating memories for others, it was that which pushed me to check out his ratings online. After seeing he has a 4.9-star rating on Google from over 300+ reviews, it was a "no-brainer" to at least give him a call. Context - I live in Phoenix, AZ, so working with a jeweler outside of the state wasn't a concern, but it's essential to find a team that can deliver with their online tools, virtual meetings and ability to ship on time. After our conversation and better understanding that he has a strong relationship with diamond vendors (which opens up the ability to get quality diamonds), his overall years of experience (he is a Master Gemologist) and the fact that they can do everything in house - these were the final pieces that sealed the deal. The following steps - After getting an agreement signed, the diamond chosen and the details of what I was interested in for the setting completed, it was a matter of walking through each step of the process together to make sure we would meet the deadline. I was about ten days out from my plan to propose, and I forgot to tell Koorosh that I was going to be traveling to Texas to do the proposal seven days from that point. Therefore, it was imperative to make sure he knew that we had one week to finalize everything (diamond creation, appraisal, insurance, and final product shipping). I would say that this was when Koorosh shined the most because not only did the ring come five days from that point, but it looked better than I could have ever imagined. Conclusion: The proposal was a success! What has made it even better is the reaction of all of our friends and family as to how amazing the ring is. It speaks of the quality of the diamond and the workmanship of the team at Wedding Bands & Co. that has made this moment an everlasting happy ending.

My wife and I decided to check out a few stores for my wedding band. We popped into Wedding Bands & Co. and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Mory. Mory was very helpful and there was zero pressure. We ended up finding a wedding band that I was very happy with (after 5 other stores) and we even got my wife a 'jacket' style wedding band for her engagement ring, which we are THRILLED with. Koorosh, the owner, is an excellent designer. He knew what we wanted immediately. He is very kind and soft spoken. Their selection of diamonds is excellent. This was the first of many stores we had planned to visit. Koorosh made it so we didn't have to go to the others! I suggest using the website spothero.com to get a greatly reduce parking fee at the garage at 55. E. Monroe St. It's only a 2 block walk from there to the store. Best to take Lakeshore Drive for easy access to the store from the East. Highly recommend!

The ring I purchased from them had a stone that was in my fiancee's family for generations, so we used that stone (which was in Chicago - with my soon to be mother in law) and then we arranged for the ring itself by communicating via email and sending each other pictures of the settings I'd like. My ring shopping experience at Wedding Bands & Co was outstanding, 5 stars. Initially, my fiancé and I went to another store in the diamond district and we were not getting anywhere. That is when we decided to pop into Wedding Bands & Co. Right away, it was a completely different experience and for the best. We were greeted by Nicholas and sat with him to review what we were looking for in a diamond. Nicholas asked the right questions and clarified details we were unclear on. Next, Nicholas went into the back and brought out both GIA and lab grown diamonds for us to look at, as we were unsure of the difference and what route to go. While we were reviewing the diamonds, Koorosh (the owner) came over to introduce himself and assist in the process. We continued to converse and eventually landed on the perfect diamond. After we left, we stayed in contact with Koorosh and Nicholas via email and phone. Their design process is unmatched. They designed, and re-designed until it was perfect, the exact setting my fiance wanted in both a 3D computer model and real-life mold to be sure it was the one. I coordinated the payment process separately and the expectation was set when to come in to view the final product before it shipped out of state. After the proposal, my perfectionist fiance wanted two of the prongs more pointed, and Koorosh happily and quickly had the jeweler alter them at no cost. Overall, Nicholas and Koorosh are what sold me on the diamond. These are two people you want to conduct business with. They are honest, fair on price, knowledgeable and treat you right. They truly care to take the time to get to know you personally, which we can't say is true about our other shopping experiences. Both spent countless time through email, calls and appointments to make sure every small detail was explained and up to their high standards. My fiancee and I stopped in the store during a visit to Chicago (her hometown) last Summer and Taylor immediately gained our trust by not immediately pushing already-in-stock rings on us. It was certainly the right decision. Taylor provided amazing service through several weeks of phone calls and emails to help me select the perfect diamond and setting. Through our dialogue back and forth he helped me select the perfect custom band for the ring, and it matched exactly what my fiancee was envisioning with zero compromises. I was most nervous about selecting the diamond because I wouldn't have a chance to see any in person, but Taylor did a great job here too. He provided several options and steered our conversations in such a way that he was able to understand exactly what subjective qualities I was seeking, and after continued dialogue he located a diamond with remarkable presence at the size I wanted within my budget. The ring took a few weeks to produce and ship, and when it arrived it was better than I ever expected. The ring is simply stunning and she gets compliments on it all the time. My fiancee went in a couple months later to have the band sized down a half size, and Taylor was super helpful in ensuring the store was able to resize the ring inspect the setting overnight because she was only in town for a couple days.

You will always feel comfortable and will never feel pressured to make a decision. About five years ago, I went to Wedding Bands with my parents when they were getting a new ring. I walked in and met Koorosh along with my parents. After being a bystander throughout the dealings, I said I would never go anywhere else. Sure enough, about four years later I went to Koorosh for my wife's engagement ring then later on our wedding bands. I met Koorosh while I was shopping for my wedding band. I was visiting Chicago for work and figured I would stop in to see what kind of rings he had for sale. I was very impressed with the amount of time he spent with me and my fiance, and his selection of male wedding bands was top notch. If we had to use one word to describe Wedding Bands Company by Koorosh Daneshgar it would be OUTSTANDING! When we arrived at WBC, we had already been to local jewelers in the suburbs, chain stores, jewelers row mall, and several other jewelers along jewelers’ row; we had literally seen thousands of rings within a few months including those found online. By now, all rings had begun to look very similar, yet, my fiancé held out hope that I would find that one ring that was ‘It’ for me. When other jewelers were closing for the day, we walked past Koorosh’s store and it was still open for another 30 minutes. Skeptically, we went in and were warmly greeted by The Ring Master himself. There were several beautiful rings in the display, but they weren’t what I had in mind. Koorosh asked me to describe what I wanted and he actively listened while I obliged. He disappeared for a moment and brought back 5 rings, each one more beautiful than the next…any one of them would do! It is important to share that he was literally the ONLY jeweler out of all the establishments that we visited that truly listened to what I was describing and was able to deliver. Koorosh was quick to share that we could customize any ring or build one from scratch. We set up an appointment and returned to begin the design process for our own unique ring. Koorosh had rings available for inspiration and also had suggestions of his own. With our input, Koorosh designed the masterpiece that I had spent so much time searching for. He mentioned that it would be a long process, but the end result was well worth it! The diamonds are of very good quality and sparkle brilliantly…and the setting…well, it’s simply breathtaking!!! We’ve received a myriad of comments on the show-stopping ring and have been handing out Koorosh’s business cards and referring friends and family as we know they will be in good hands with Koorosh’s magnificent works of art and the white glove service of his staff. Let me start off by saying I am a cheap bastard! I am what some call VERY frugal. I don’t like spending a lot of money on things I don’t quite understand. Jewelry falls into one of the many categories of things I don’t understand the value of. By the time I found Wedding Bands & Co I had already been to a good number of Jewelers and I was jaded by the way I was treated by most of the Jewelers I had visited. None of them were rude but I did not feel like I was being treated fairly, I felt like I was getting upsold everywhere I went. I really did not feel like I was getting a good or fair deal. I also did not feel like I was seeing anything original. All of the chain stores had very similar rings nothing looked special or unique to me. That all changed when I went to Wedding Bands & Co. By pure luck when I visited the shop I had the very good fortune of dealing with the owner and chief designer Koorosh. He took the time (a lot of time) to sit down with me and find out what I was looking for, and more importantly he asked me what my fiancé liked in other peoples rings that she had seen. I am a novice at buying good jewelry; and as previously stated “a cheap bastard”. Koorosh educated me on what to look for and showed me great variety of settings and center stones until we found the perfect combo. I never once felt like I was being sold on anything. I felt like an old friend was helping me find the perfect ring for my fiancé. Koorosh actually got me to spend 35% more than my budget! He did this and I actually thanked him and walked out of there feeling great. This is a close to a miracle as I have ever witnessed. Now six months after getting the engagement ring I had to go back and get her the matching wedding ring. Once again as a “cheap bastard” I had a ton of heartburn and hesitation over spending a ton of money on her wedding band. I called to make an appointment with Koorosh to see what our options were. This time Koorosh was busy so we wound up meeting with Terry instead. I was very nervous that things would not go as well with a new person. Someone who does not understand my “cheap” issue. Terry quickly put my mind as ease. He worked with me and my fiancé to have a custom made ring to match. The attention to detail that the shop has is truly amazing. Terry has had me bring the engagement ring back in twice so far just to make sure that the wedding band will match perfectly. I am supposed to pick up the wedding band in a few weeks and I am really looking forward to it. I cannot put into words how happy this ring made my better half. A little background - I am not a "diamond" type of girl and I didn't want something ostentatious. I also didn't like any of the typical solitaire settings that are currently out on the market. My fiancé was told to go to Jeweler's Row so we could have a custom ring that was perfect for me. I had found a picture of a solitaire setting that I loved online, but wasn't sure if anyone could actually make it. I also wanted a sapphire and not a diamond. After researching all of the stores, we walked into Wedding Bands & Co., met Terry, and started on the wonderful adventure of having the perfect engagement ring created. We gave him the website of the setting and chose the perfect sapphire stone for the ring. They first do a mock up of the ring so you can see what the ring will look like in pictures from different angles. If you approve the pictures, they move on to making a wax 3D print of the ring to make sure this is exactly what you want. The first 3D print needed a few changes, so they made the changes and re-printed the ring again after listening to my suggestions and concerns. And then they made the finished product....the ring....and it was absolutely beautiful! We both love it and the ring fits my personality perfectly. I was impressed that Terry took the time to get to know us, to know me and the reason why we were looking for a sapphire ring instead of a diamond ring..and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted and didn't want. Excellent customer service. We are planning on coming back to select our wedding bands :-).

Finding an engagement ring in a sea full of diamond stores is a nightmare. I literally stopped at the first store that I came across and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I found a locket that I liked on Etsy and asked them if they could make me one in gold. Their team took the piece and morphed it into the most beautiful heirloom. After countless hours researching and contemplating an online purchase, I came to WBC with a general idea of what I wanted... or what I believed my wife liked. I had a very positive experience working with Taylor at Wedding Bands and Co. It was a seamless and easy process to find the perfect engagement ring. I really appreciated the effort put in by Taylor to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. After I bought the ring, Taylor was on vacation during the ring fabrication. Not a beat was missed! I dealt with several others in their store and all were helpful and knowledgeable. Edit: the follow up care of the ring was a bad experience. It's clearly a place where the initial sale is king. I was charged to fix an issue that was supposed to have been fixed months before (due to the year long guarantee being passed by a few weeks when the issue occured again). I voiced my concern about that situation and the sales guy basically smirked at me like I was being unreasonable. Long story short: I got charged to repair something that was poorly done initially because the "warantee" had run up and the SAME issue occured. I mentioned how we were just in there looking at wedding bands the week before and I would have to consider this experience as a negative when looking at buying from them again. There was no concern by the sales guy. Hope the $150 repair charge was worth it for the loss of repeat business. Not sure I will return again. (Taylor also doesn't work there anymore...)

I did a fair amount of online research regarding Jewelers Row shops and decided that, from what I could tell, Wedding Bands and Company provided the best balance of quality, choice, customer service and price. Koorosh and I spoke briefly about my diamond knowledge and then he began showing me then diamonds. I viewed two diamonds and thought I had one that I could work with and then Koorosh showed me HIS pick. Wow! Absolutely stunning. After a few minutes I told him that was my pick. No need to view more. When it came to settings I was undecided. He showed me several different setting styles and was never pushy toward one or the other. It was clear to me that this was MY choice and that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my decision. He showed me some of his personal designs and they were stunning! My ring is so beautiful and I will tell anyone who asks where I bought it. My experience at Wedding Bands and Company could not have been better. I will return for my jewelry needs again and again. Look, it never is easy to pick out a ring for an occasion like an engagement. But with fiance in hand, we went to Wedding Bands and Co and were greeted by Mr. Morey Tafreshi. We did not have a lot of money to spend but Mr. Tafreshi still provided world class service and presented us with ample amount of options for our price range. In addition, because of the ability customize, Mr. Tafreshi presented ways where we could realize additional cost savings. For example, Mr. Tafreshi found a previously made and discounted band that he was able to alter and use as the base for the engagement ring. The band included preset triangular diamonds measuring together 1 carat with a place setting for a middle stone. For the middle stone, Mr. Tafreshi was very patient with us as we requested to review almost everything they had in stock. Mr. Tafreshi took the initiative to find additional gems that met our parameters and specially ordered a stone for us. As a professional courtesy, Mr. Tafreshi would indicate the pricing on these stones before he took them out of their housing to show it to us. This ring customization did take a few weeks and even though I was currently living out of state, Mr. Tafreshi provided my fiance and I with timely updates regarding the process. The ring was completed in the time frame Mr. Tafreshi promised and best of all he stuck to my budget. There was no tacit (or explicit) shaming for being unable to increase the ring budget to afford the crown jewels. Mr. Tafreshi and Wedding Bands & Co earned our business and we will be going back for wedding bands.
