Frontier Jewelers has been in Cheyenne for many years. This is the only local jeweler that I trust not only to repair or restore my jewelery but also to buy new ones. They have a huge selection for any occasion at any budget including watches. On the picture is my mother's ring a family heirloom after the restoration, great job the ring is at least 200 years old. Ali the owner brought it back to its old prestige. Thank you.

Syed is a wonderful jeweler and has the best customer service around. Even when he's juggling multiple shop goers for their multitude of needs (jewelry repair, cleaning and purchasing), he'll always give you the time of day. The variety of jewelry and watches is fantastic, especially for the Native American-made jewelery. I lovingly lulled my husband into submission to fund a few pieces and Syed closed the deal with some amazing prices, a free adjustment for the spiny oyster ring, and a free cleaning for my wedding set. Throughout the years he has worked on countless bracelets, necklaces, and rings, fixing clasps, repairing broken chains and resizing rings. He is very talented and knowledgeable in doing just about anything you need done with jewelry. What stands out most of all about Ali, is his kind, gentlemanly disposition. He will always remember you, and treat you as his friend. His prices are always competitive with any jeweler in town, giving you a fair price and doing an excellent job. Super customer focused and very reasonably priced. He's always my first stop when I need work done on my wife's jewelry. I recently asked Ali if he could engrave some knives with a specific logo (custom, not stock). He spent a lot of time and money (for upgrades) to be able to engrave my custom logo. The picture shows the logo on a very small knife. The engraving is only about 3/4 of an inch tall. Pretty good quality for such a small size. I'll need to use a bigger object next time. Thanks Ali

I recently came across my grandmother's ring and wanted it repaired. After searching for a jeweler in town who would complete the repair for a reasonable price, I came across FRONTIER JEWELERS which is a kiosk in the Frontier Mall. From the minute I walked up to the counter, Ali was attentive and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better recommendation. He resized my 13 year old wedding set, cleaned and re-rhodiumed (not sure that's how you say it lol) them, for less than anywhere else in town would do it. Charged incredibly reasonable rates for resizing my wife’s rings and replacing several diamonds. Charged me half the rate that Kay quoted me and did an incredible job. Made sure that I knew I wasn’t getting ripped off by proving to me the diamonds were real and was very easy to work with. Also the ring came out looking cleaner than when I bought it. Syed Ali was absolutely amazing!! Very professional and friendly. I had a necklace break that I’ve had for over 15 years. I was devastated as it holds sentiment value to me. I went to several jewelers around Cheyenne and all of them quoted me over $100 for the repair, and at minimum 2 weeks for return. One of the jewelers actually referred me to Ali. He was able to fix/polish my jewelry for only $42!!! And I got it back in less than 24 hours. He is so good at what he does I cant even tell where it was broken. I 1000%recommend his service. Absolutely amazing!

Had to get my wedding ring cut off and resized. Kay said they wouldn’t cut it off for me and it would take 2 weeks to resize and get it back. They quoted me around $200. I went to Frontier Jewelers and he was able to cut off my ring right there, quoted me $130 to have it resized, and it only took a day after I dropped it off and it was ready! Really nice people and unbeatable price and service.

I went to the mall to get my necklace fixed because the chain had broken. First, I went to JcPenny and the lady at the jewelry counter said it would take 6 weeks and cost $30 and up. She couldn’t give me a direct price because she had to send it out in order to get a price. So I decided to see what the jewelry stores in the mall would charge and as I was walking to the jewelry stores I saw this kiosk with a big sign in front of it saying jewelry repair. It was like it was fate and the world was reading my mind. I went up to it welcomed by this kind man, Mr. Ali. I asked if he could fixed my necklace and he said no problem. I was short on time and didn’t think I would get it back today but low and behold he had it done in like 30 minutes. I didn’t have to send it out and I didn’t have to wait six weeks. The best part was the cost was only $25 for the repair. I would highly recommend this place for jewelry repair. His prices are probably the best in town and he does quality work. He also sells jewelry as well and I believe he has a sunglass kiosk to. Thank you for your kindness and for the great work you did. To all that is reading … again I highly recommend this place for jewelry repair and beyond.
