I have purchased two items from the Calvin Broyles South Charleston location within the last year and a half. My most recent purchase was a custom piece that was very sentimental. The process was smooth as we went from the design phase, to the proofing phase, and onto completing the order. My jeweler Tyler Hannigan was exceptional and went above and beyond on my behalf. He was attentive and communicative throughout both purchases, but especially so on the custom order. I highly recommend him and Calvin Broyles for any of your jewelry needs.

I use to shop here all the time...I haven't been there in years..only becausei haven't shopped for jewelry years. I would never go anywhere else...they treated me wonderfully. I had a chain repaired, it took 3 minutes...and they cleaned my ring. I added something to my wish list. My husband told me to go back in and add a few more things to my wish list. They have always made us feel important.

They have both new and some used jewelry. Their quality is much better than you'll find in some other stores.

My girlfriend and I came in to speak with Bob about buying a ring. I have been talking to Bob for 3 years about getting her a ring. He has been so patient and nice. He answered every question I have had... for 3 years. We finally came in today and he customized her a ring. He’s super nice, down to earth and doesn’t pressure anything. He’s full of knowledge and fun to talk to. I had my mom with me who is in a wheelchair and the shop is super easy to get around, everyone was so friendly. David stopped and talked to us, offered us water and made sure mom was comfortable.

Calvin Boyles Jewelers is by far the most accommodating and friendly jewelry store I have ever had the pleasure of shopping in. You are immediately greeted and someone helps with your requests from finding the right gift ( even if requires special order) to going above and beyond to repair a keepsake watch for my 97 year old mother. I will go ABSOLUTELY no where else for custom work, gifts, a just for me present and repairs. I love the friendly staff. I feel a special closeness to Vickie Martin who spearheaded the repair of my mother’s watch and with whom I now consider my friend. You can NOT go wrong at Calvin Boyles Jewelers

We went there to purchase a wedding band for him and have a band that was my Mother’s cleaned and polished. We ended up getting a bridal set made for me that I had given up hope on having made. We had been to other jewelers and were told it would have to be custom made and the time frame would be 90 days at the least and the cost almost 2000$ more. The two gentlemen who assisted us Robert Pate and Mark Broyles were fantastic in their knowledge and experience in helping us find exactly what we wanted.
