My wife brings her ring in to get cleaned regularly and it's always a friendly and complimentary service. They have a wide variety of vintage and estate pieces and great men's watches. The whole staff is great.

I'm a long time customer of Tick Tock Jewelers and I continue to be impressed by their knowledge, expertise and excellent customer service. I recently visited the store to buy a watch for my husband's birthday. Jeff passionately helped me with a gorgeous Hamilton Automatic Khaki Field Watch I had my eye on and ultimately bought. His knowledge and experience with watches is above and beyond what you'll find anywhere! My husband absolute loves the watch and there will definitely be additional purchases from Tick Tock Jewelers in the future!

We stopped by yesterday to buy gifts for a couple of members of our wedding party. The owners were absolutely amazing. I knew I wanted to get my best man a Seiko as they are great watches for the value and craftsmanship and I have a couple, although I am not a "watch guy" per se. I think that may have changed after this visit. Jeff walked us through all of the Seiko brands that they had in the store, including Seiko Essentials, Presage and the Diamond collection. We were able to find two great automatic watches within the price point we were looking for. We also gained a great knowledge - through our conversation with Jeff - of the history of Seiko watches and have a couple on our own "watch" lists : ) Jeff was a true pleasure to speak with. He also introduced us to Oris and gave us the rundown on the different timepieces that the store carries from them. My knowledge of watches is fairly limited to Seiko, Citizen and Movado, and Oris is not a brand that is typically carried at the department stores we shop at. In all we probably spent about an hour and a half talking about watches and at the end of the day we were converted into aspiring watch enthusiasts ourselves : ) I cannot thank them enough for their help and guidance for a couple of novices like us. They are true professionals and connoisseurs and if we were staying in the area for a bit longer I would love to go back. 1000000% would recommend to anyone looking to buy a great piece.

I have enjoyed positive experiences with Tick Tock Jewelers since I lived in the Burlington VT area. I had them repair an item I had for many years with great results and have purchased gifts, watches and other items that I am very happy with. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and always make you feel comfortable. They helped me understand quality, pricing and technical considerations. When I wanted a special item they worked with me to design and craft it to meet my requirements. Overall a great store with excellent staff.

I was positively refreshed by the experience I had as the ladies that were helping me seemed to go out of their way to not only make me feel comfortable during the process but had a wealth of knowledge about their products and services. Took my watch there when the chronograph stopped working after a different jeweler replaced the battery. Looked at it free of charge. They weren't able to fix it, but told me what was probably wrong with it and gave me advice on who might be able to fix it.

My husband and I went to the Tick Tock Jewelers to talk about fixing my wedding set. (It was 30 years old.) Through discussion and some decision-making we decided to replace the setting. Nicolette spent 3 hours with us to determine our desires using settings and stones available in the store. Christine determined the sizes we wanted of the stones and how we wanted them placed on the new setting. She also relayed the history of their work. I must say the set and stones are absolutely glorious and we are very pleased. I have received many complements. Matter of fact, they are doing more work for us!

I recently brought in a few family heirlooms for appraisal. It was around the holidays but the owner Beth was happy to go through my pieces in spite of how busy it was. The appraisal was extremely thorough. Beth and another lovely woman took alot of time to analyze each piece and then to go through it with me after the appraisal was completed. This took alot of trust on my part and and alot of time on theirs. I think both parties were quite please with the results and I will continue to bring my business to the Tick Tock Shop as I have for the last 25 years. They are knowledgeable and I think the customer service is excellent.

I needed a watch strap replaced, and didn't bother asking for the original clasp from the original band to be placed on the new band. I was delightfully surprised to see that the original clasp was placed on the new band without me even having to ask, and was told "they pay attention to the details." This is undeniably true, and their service was top notch through the whole experience.

My fiancé and I went to Tick Tock for wedding bands. We had a great experince while we were there and we both found the perfect bands. They informed us that it would be 3 weeks or so before our rings were ready for pick up. I had given them my engagement ring to resize, so I was very anxious for those 3 weeks to fly by. Not even a week later I received a call from them informing me that my order was ready for picked up. I was so overwhelmed with joy to pick up my beautiful wedding band and engagement ring after only a few days! They told me that they didn't want me to be without my engagement ring for 3 weeks so they rushed the resizing! I am so impressed with their customer service! It makes me very pleased that we chose to go there for such a special purchase.
