We visited Hannoush over the 4th of July weekend and were very satisfied with the experience and service offered by the sales associates Michelle and Rachel. They provided a fun and low-pressure environment for us to explore several options for round cut diamonds to fit a family heirloom band. They found a beautiful stone that was the perfect fit, and were able to get their jeweler to start work on it the very next day despite the holiday weekend. Highly recommend!

I didn't like the idea of going to a jeweler for an engagement ring because I expected to be looked down on and treated like a pain for not seeming like the "right" kind of customer (it has happened to me before.) I am so glad we came here! Michelle is incredibly kind and patiently explored all of our options with us over the course of a few different visits. Went to get my watch band shortened and the people there were very welcome ing and very Attentive to what I wanted to get done and it was done right away snd was Exactly what I wanted to have done plus they polished it and had it looking better then it was i will tell anyone i can to go there if they want get great service and nice people plus to top it all off it cost less then 20 bucks who doesn't like that

Stopped by Hannoush to learn more about diamonds with a friend from Boston whom recommended we work with Courtney. Best choice ever! Courtney was extremely kind and patient and we never felt pressured to buy from her. After 4 months of back-and-forth visits, I decided on a ring that Courtney helped me customize at a great price; she even ordered a couple items in for me to look at so I didn’t have to choose what was strictly in the store. Stephanie has always been very helpful with fixing my rings when I thought there was an issue with size or lost a gem. Courtney had helped me pick the perfect necklace to go with my rings. I have never had an issue with them. Even when I thought the wait was gonna be too long and I wouldn't have something back in time for my trip they surprised me and had it back earlier than expected. I always recommend them when I travel.

Called in advance for a battery replacement on my watch. My expectations were to wait while they replace it in store. Upon my arrival, I was informed that since the watch was a Movado, it would require days to be sent out and replaced. I wasn't happy. I left momentarily then returned to get a clarification about info provided in my initial phone call. Finally, I was told that if I didn't need the special moisture sealing process for the Movado, then they indeed could replace the battery in store. There was no charge, since the watch was purchased in 2001 at another Hannoush location. Very satisfied with their patience with me, handling of my expectations and resolution of my problem. I will return to obtain an appraisal of a diamond ring needed for an Estate settlement.
