I had initially walked into this jewelry store as it was right next door to my nail place and I wanted my birthstone ring cleaned. The gentleman there told me he would be more than happy to clean my ring and didn’t charge me a penny. I did not buy this ring here. He told me his name was Jayson. I later found out that he was the owner and he owns this jewelry store with his wife, Krista. This happened four years ago. And today, I walked in because my husband asked me to go pick out a ring for Christmas wherever I wanted to get it. Instantly, I wanted to go back to this place where Jayson had previously treated me as if I were spending a million dollars and all I did was have him clean my ring! Jayson and Krista were both there today. Krista was extremely kind and accommodating. I explained that I haven’t had a wedding band since 1986 when I had to cut it off when I was pregnant for my last child due to swelling of my finger. She was genuinely touched by my story and almost instantly knew what I wanted. I felt so incredible knowing she got me and that she wasn’t trying to sell me anything more than what I wanted. No pressure whatsoever. No sales pitches. NOTHING like that in the least. Krista’s gift of design and creativity are like nothing I have ever seen before in the jewelry world. And I have been looking for 33 years!! I found the EXACT ring I wanted and Krista and Jayson could not have been happier for me. I will continue to go to Argento Laraine Fine Jewelers from now on without a moment’s hesitation. If you are looking for kind, super down to earth people who will treat you like a queen (or king) whether you spend $75.00 or $275,000 - look no further than to this store and these LOVELY people. I walked in with a broken engagement ring (bought offline , wore it less than 4 weeks) and I was very upset and didn’t know what to do. The owners were so kind and empathetic. They took the time to walk me through the quality of the broken ring and even gave suggestions on how to get a refund. The best part was, together they helped me design a new and better custom ring . They would even text me with updates on the rings progress . I am so over the moon with my new engagement ring and I can’t wait to wear it for decades and decades. Will definitely be returning for my wedding bands and all future jewelry!

We had an amazing engagement/wedding ring experience with Argento Laraine. Krista worked closely with my finace to find the PERFECT engagement ring for me. Brought in two rings that needed repair. Jayson was very friendly and upfront about the work needing to be done and the quoted costs. I brought my rings in at the start of the holiday season and surprisingly got them back in just under a week! (I thought the repair was going to take much longer than that.) The owners of this jewelry store, immediately make you feel like you have known them forever! Krista and Jayson were so patient with my indecisiveness. I love tanzanite and had a pair of earrings forever that I never wore because they hurt my ears. I knew I wanted to do something but had no clue, what?? They looked at the stones and sent me several drawings of designs. I know they spent a lot of time going over ideas. After a lot of back and forth, I decided to have them incorporate them with my diamond ring. I can’t believe how beautiful it is!!! They never made my ideas feel silly and always seemed so excited about the project! I will never go to a different jewelry store! I needed an extension for a necklace, and met Jayson. He is extremely helpful, very relaxed, with a great sense of humor. He used his expertise and ingenuity to find the least costly solution for my problem. My friend, who accompanied me the first time I went, wanted to bring her MIL's charm bracelet to have the charms removed, and he told her how she could do this, herself, at home. My experience was unlike any I'd ever had in most jewelry stores: no hovering, no pushiness, no hyperbole! I might add, also, that the jewelry in the store is beautiful!! after my wife's wedding ring was looking its color and shine and the band started changing colors we brought it in and saw jayson. He graciously took the ring and inspected it himself and talked to us about his thoughts and promised his jeweler would look into it and make sure we got what we had paid for. he understood the sentiment behind the ring as it was the ring I proposed with ans was wonderful to work with. Jayson and his wife Krista did their job and we got back a ring that looks even better than it did before. My wife came home to a surprise of what looked like a brand new ring and began to cry. I love this jewelry store. For a small store, they have a good selection, including some estate jewelry and somewhat unique items that you might miss in a larger store. The owners are incredibly nice and are very helpful with researching and obtaining items that are not in the store. I spent some time last winter trying to order stones to design a ring, then ended up buying a ring on display, and the whole experience was quite positive. There is no pressure to immediately buy, which is good for me, because I am not an impulse shopper, and I need to look at an item a couple of times before I decide to buy it.
