We purchased our wedding bands from Homsy Jewelers and could not be happier. My parents have been going to Homsy for many years and insisted that we go there for our wedding bands. We are so pleased with the entire experience. The staff is knowledgeable, fair, and not pushy. They take their time and remember you when you return. I bought my wife's engagement ring five years years ago from them as well as our wedding bands, and they were exactly what we wanted! Ida and team even helped me find a matching band for a five-year anniversary gift that matched my wife's wedding band despite me not being able to find the original appraisal. I had moved away from Boston several years ago and they were kind enough to overnight the ring to make sure it made it in time! I cannot recommend Homsy enough for both the quality of the product and excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Homsy Jewelers! My husband purchased my engagement ring from Fadi almost 8 years ago and it is still the most exquisite piece of jewelry I have ever seen. We had a great experience buying a new diamond ring and bracelet at this family run shop (second floor in the Jewelers building, right off the elevator on the left). The staff was excellent, they all work together to maximize the experience. We worked with the lovely host (sorry, I forgot her name), David, Michael, and family directly and they are all awesome! We had specific needs and they were able to show us a variety of diamonds and match with a beautiful setting. They have access to a very diverse inventory because they are in the Jewelers Building and they have been there for over 30 years. They sincerely care about your satisfaction and the quality of the work they do, we couldn't be happier!

Recently, I had to go fix a defected ring (totally unrelated to my purchase), and they still remember me. They took care of it at no charge despite me trying to pay them for the service! My husband (then boyfriend) and I went here to look at engagement rings in 2016. We went to many other jewelers in the same building too, but Homsy was the only one where we didn’t get the run-around from the sales people. They were very honest with us, and had the best prices (by far!). On top of that, they have the best selection of diamonds not just in terms of size, but also clarity, color, shape, and cut. Compared to other jewelers we went to who were trying to upsell us on something we didn’t want, Homsy came right out with the exact type of diamond we were looking for, and even taught us more about how to buy a diamond. Finally, as if all this wasn’t enough, they took a picture of a ring design that I liked and custom made it for us, and even better than the picture. It really is a unique piece made by people who know exactly what they’re doing. I can’t recommend Homsy enough!

My latest visit was to replace a stone in my 30yr old engagement ring. I thought about upgrading but wasn't really sure what I wanted. David was extremely patient and in the end he knew I was too attached to give up my original ring. We decided a replica of my wedding band was a perfect way to upgrade my set. Fadi called to let me know it was ready a week earlier than expected! Upon picking it up, Michael had noticed some wear in the original band that needed work and also suggested the three rings be melded together as one piece. The work was done right on the spot. It came out perfect! While contemplating an upgrade, David had showed me a gorgeous diamond anniversary ring when I came in for the repair. So I asked to see it again on this visit. They offered it to me at a great price so I decided to splurge! Thank you David, Michael and Fadi! I love my rings!

Having worked with her several times at Homsy Jewelers before I had complete faith I would find my next upgrade. The first setting I picked out and brought home (thinking I was completely in love with this diamond setting) I became distraught after a few weeks that I was not "in love" with it at all. I called her and she told me to bring it back in and there would be no problem to return it. What??? I was not expecting that for an answer! How happy for me it made my day! The new setting I decided on was made for me and it is just sensational!!!!

Excellent experience, I came in with little to no knowledge of rings and wanting to have an heirloom engagement ring altered for a proposal. The staff was friendly and more than happy to walk me though their recommendations of what could be altered based on the aesthetic changes I told them I wanted to happen. They gave me a reasonable quote, told me they could get it done within a couple of weeks, and they offered an appraisal of the full value of the ring following alterations as well as ancillary services (cleaning of the existing wedding band+ring box). One problem was communication: I gave them my email and telephone number and was told I would get a call when it was ready. I never got a call and emailed them some weeks later and was told that it was ready and I could pick it up. Other than that the work was beautiful and well done, the style of the ring was preserved despite alterations and it was absolutely perfect for the proposal!
