They had to do a lot of work replace little diamonds on and reshape my rings, and talked me through all of the changes/work they did. About a year later I needed a lost diamond replaced and their honesty shone again: the lost diamond was one (of many) they replaced, there was no charge and my ring was ready within days. The only jewelry store I’ll ever go to! About 2 months ago I stopped in to see if they could help make my daughters birthday special! Katrina and Richard delivered beyond my expectations!! They surprised my daughter with balloons and sparkling apple juice. They made a private room available to us, and brought her several different pieces that had been ordered in advance of our visit for her to try on. Totally impressed! I took in a Diamond necklace to have the clasp changed and loop fixed, that holds my chain. They quoted me a price to just create new loops. When he started working on it, he realized he could repair the loops and discounted my price by $50. Talk about integrity. My necklace is repaired and restored to its original beauty!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Definitely a higher end store, but they certainly don't make you feel that way. I got my engagement ring and wedding band sautered and resized, and the owner personally took the time to explain the process to me. You don't get that type of service at the big name mall jewelers. So I originally got my wife’s ring from Costco but it was about 4 sizes to big and needed some big work. I took it to Rich and Katrina over at K & Co. and that was probably the best decision I’ve made. With the ring being so big, the work it needed would have actually hurt the ring so they offered to design a ring similar at a comparable price and they did not disappoint. The ring looked identical to the original that my wife loved and actually had a bigger stone of better quality with the price being the same. Great Service, knowledgeable staff and high quality work regardless of the job. My first visit to this local jeweler was a 're-con' visit. I needed a new battery for my Tag Heuer watch, which I can get done anywhere. There is however a tiny detail when replacing a battery in a luxury chronograph, that is to reset the the stopwatch function to 'zero'. Most jewelry stores do not do this, if they even know how. That was four years ago. Since that time I have had jewelry repaired, appraised, window shopped and made purchases. I was always afforded the same courtesy and respect regardless of what kind of trip is was. That's just me, my wife like them too, at least that's what my CC statements would tell me from time to time. There are a few 'high-end, boutique' jewelers in the area, I've visited them all. This is the one I chose for all my jewelry needs.

They do fine skilled work on repairs and sell beautiful items including watches, wedding rings, and ladies' necklaces, earrings, etc.! Parking is easy in their private lot.
