I’ve known my grandmother’s 100 year old wedding rings needed repair and it has taken me 10 years to find somewhere I felt worthy to work on them. Crowne Jewelers was the right place! Robby took one look and knew exactly what what repairs were needed and they look brand new! I could not be happier! I immediately brought three more rings for repairs. If you are looking for someone who will treat your heirlooms with the respect and love then deserve, I cannot recommend Crowne Jewelers enough!

I came in to get a ring resized. The men in the front were unsure of the metal, but they checked with their jeweler, who is in house, and assured me they could handle it. It was very affordable, they were so friendly and made sure I understood what was happening. Took them 3 days. Was very thrilled with the service

I’m not from Birmingham, and didn’t have recommendations to any jewelers. I walked in to Crowne Jewelers, they were very nice. I needed to get a chain repaired, they gave me an honest price, and fixed more spots than the one I needed as well as returned it a lot cleaner than it was!! I also picked up a necklace for my girlfriend that she absolutely loves!! (Happy I actually picked something she likes for once)

We have been working with Crowne for at least 20 years now. My mother purchased and maintained all of her jewelry here. I lost my mom, but they helped me understand the maintenance of her precious jewelry. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do. This was the jewelry I had to remove from her when she was dying.They had no idea who I was when I walked in to have her jewelry repaired, but they treated me like family. It means the world to me.

In my opinion, Crown Jewlers is the best place to do business when it comes to your jewelry. They are honest, trustworthy and their prices are great. My brother had his then fiancee and now wife's ring designed at Crown over 20 years ago. It is a distinct and very beautiful ring. When it came time for the band, it was designed to fit with the engagement ring. Unbelievably beautiful.

My husband bought a beautiful band from this jewelry store. It was Christmas Eve, and they closed at 3. He got there about 20 minutes before they closed, and the guy let him stay there for about an hour, and even gave him a discount! Highly recommend!

I have a vintage Invicta wristwatch that eats batteries and hates holding on to bands. This is the only place in north Alabama that has properly replaced both and reset the chronometer dials to zero and top centered the second hand.

I originally stopped in years ago because I have a watch my wife got me that is made completely out of wood and everyone was scared to touch it. This is where I met Robby. Love this guy. He had it done in no time. I’ve been buying my jewelry there ever since. Robby and his family always greet me with a smile, and they also make you feel like family when you’re there.
