This is going to be my first Rolex purchase. I drove to Birmingham this morning and spoke with Andrew Lee. He was amazing. Answered every question and made me understand the Rolex brand so I was able to make an educated decision. I look forward to getting my first one and many more after that with Andrew. Much better than any of the other jewelers that I have spoken with. Definitely recommend Andrew!

Popped into the Mountain Brook store as I was in town for work for a few days. Although they did not offer mens jewelry, my sales associate Lenka happily informed me with their watch selection. She was able to answer questions and show me exhibition pieces to plan what I want next. As a watch collector I think it’s important to deal with people that are knowledgeable about what they are selling and create a good experience rather than just a sale. I recommend working with Lenka. Looking forward to doing business here soon!

I was beyond impressed with Brombergs. My now fiance and I walked in one Saturday afternoon. She had no idea what she would want in an engagement ring. Angela was the one who helped us (But with every interaction I had with anyone from Brombergs I was deeply impressed) and she helped guide us even though at the time I was not looking to buy. I had actually planned on going online and picking something out that way. Except Angela blew me away with her customer service. I ordered a custom ring and everything was perfect. The team got exactly what I was picturing in my head into an actual ring. It was quick and communication was always there. I would not change anything.

After looking around at many other places in Birmingham for an engagement ring (Diamonds Direct, Levis, etc) I ended up stopping by Brombergs because it was close to where I lived, and I thought I'd give it a try. It was a great decision that I would highly recommend to anyone. The atmosphere is very different than the other diamond retailers I visited. Instead of constantly being pressured to place a deposit on a diamond that was "an incredible deal that is here today and gone tomorrow" it felt more like I was working with a close friend that actually cared about my goals and was willing to answer all of my nitpicky questions without acting annoyed or rushed to try to land my sale and move on to the next customer that came into the door. If I were a new customer that was coming to give Brombergs a try, I would highly recommend working with Shannon. She worked with me throughout this whole process and helped me out more ways than I can count. I enjoyed working with Shannon so much that I asked it she would help me pick out the wedding ring as well as the wedding present. Long story short, Brombergs is a family atmosphere with reasonable prices and ask for Shannon!

After purchasing an engagement ring, I have gone back for wedding bands, birthday gifts and "push" presents. Outstanding experience. Am new to the Birmingham area and this was my first visit to Bromberg's (the Mountain Brook location). Had to special order a bracelet for an upcoming anniversary.
