Since moving to Billings my family has gone through riddles for all of our jewelry.I have been super pleased with the quality in which it is made.Joan has always been great to work with, very friendly and helpful.We have gotten so close that every time we come into the mall my daughter goes running to say hi to "her friend" .Joan is patient with us in dealing with our 3year old trying and trying to shop and even includes my daughter as her little helper❤ It's hard when u have a little one trying to shop and be comfortable that your not irritating people, but because of Joan we will be customers for life! Thank you Joan for all your kindness and great service!

As always everyone at this establishment is always very welcoming not pushing the sale and very professional! I appreciate Joan this evening she has helped us as well as Mckenzie. This evening Joan and Mike took exceptional care of my wife. Her chain we got her recently broke and instead of a discussion of fixing it they gave her a new one. That prompted me to purchase a very expensive diamond bracelet that they went above and beyond and gave us a great discount. This is why they are the only jeweler we go to Thank you again!

I purchased my wife's engagement and wedding ring in January 2013. We had the diamond warranty and got her ring cleaned as needed. In October of this year my wife lost her main diamond and without question the team at Riddle's sent it in to be replaced and fix free of charge. They additionally used different prongs on her ring that keep the diamond in place. The service was exceptional and we are extremely pleased with the lifelong service. I will always use Riddle's.

I wish I had caught the names of the 2 associates that helped us, because they were fantastic. We went in to browse and the gentleman who was our primary help was awesome. He was funny, efficient, and did his absolute best to find me what I wanted. I never felt like he thought we were wasting his time or like he was pushing his most expensive items on me, like I did at another store. He listened and found me several pieces I loved. A wonderful young woman came and helped when he was called away, and she was equally fantastic. This Riddles jewelry store in the mall scores a 10 out of 10 in my book, all day long! I impulsively decided to swing in before work a couple days ago, just to check out their sterling silver selection. I was approached by an associate by the name of Beret. She inquired about my interest and didn’t hesitate to inform and show me exactly what I was in search of! I was honestly very surprised by the vastness of their very affordable selection of quality jewelry. Beret was so pleasant and informative through my whole visit, and best of all she was so patient with my indecisiveness. And she even went and hunted down the color and size combo that I wanted but couldn’t find myself! I had such a good first experience there that I decided to go back again today and yet again, Riddles did not disappoint! I had Ady, my boyfriends 10 year old daughter, with me this time and we got the pleasure of having Beret to help us again. And as expected she gave us another outstanding customer experience. And thanks to Beret’s insight, pleasant demeanor, and most of all her colossal level of patience, Ady and I both ended up leaving with a beautiful treasure. But the whole reason I wanted to leave this review was to give a shout out to Beret specifically for not only being wonderful at her job, but also and most importantly, for going out of her way to chase me down after we left the store before we exited the mall to return my hat and a literal wad of cash that I so carelessly dropped in Riddles at some point during our visit. The level of effort and honesty displayed by this wonderful young lady goes above and beyond most people’s these days. Joan and Beret are amazing! They not only help me find exactly what I would like, but they also take the time to talk with my two year old son. Today I took my rings in to be cleaned, and Beret noticed that one of my stones was coming lose, so she called over to the Shiloh store to find out when someone who could tighten the princess cut stone would be in. They shined up two of my rings and said that after I get the stone tightened they would clean it up, as they didn’t want anything to happen to it. I love going in when Joan and Beret are working, they remember their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to help you!

I came in with an idea of what I thought I wanted, only to find out I didn't love it on my finger. Nothing looks the same as it does online. My wedding ring had to be cut off my finger because of a bee sting. My longtime jewelers of 30 years had gone out of business but they recommended Riddles Jewelers to me. I went in and everyone was so down to earth and kind that I instantly felt welcomed. These guys are amazing! I refuse to go anywhere else for my jewelry needs! Joan, Baret, and Matt go way above and beyond with their customer service. They remember me AND my family every time I go in there, even if it’s been over a year since the last time I was in. Joyce was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I had an appointment set with her Saturday morning referred through a mutual friend. I had two types of rings in mind and she had both on hand for our meeting. She explained the difference between the two ring designs and listened to my concerns. Also, she explained the differences between the possible "rock's" for the settings. After these conversation and a basic idea, we went and looked at the inventory. We found the ring I wanted after the second ring, but to give due diligence, we looked at about a dozen more similar rings but stayed with the chosen ring and found a perfect wrap/wedding ring. All in all it was a pleasant experience and my now fiance is ecstatic with the ring chosed.

We needed a ring resized. We bought it years ago from Riddles, and our experience then was great, but this definitely surpassed that. Once the ring was resized, Riddles inspected it once more and saw that our stone was damaged. They assumed the damage happened while in their posession and immediately informed us they were going to replace it. After a few days, I heard from them. They wanted to send the ring off because the quality of stone that we previously had could not be matched with what they had in stock at this location. It took a couple of weeks, but they called regularly to update us, and were very kind and thoughtful. I believe they gave us a higher quality stone than we had. I was overwhelmed by the care, concern and responsibility, as well as their integrity. They have been and will remain our preferred jewelry store.

One of my wedding bands came unsoldered so I decided to bring it to the mall to get fixed the only problem was I couldn't remember if I got my bands from Samuel's or Riddles. So I went to Samuel's first and told them my problem and see what they could do..well she wasn't much help. I had them check my name & husband's and we weren't in their system. So I asked how much to fix it and how long. Well she kept looking back at her boss and said he was super busy and wouldn't get to it until Thursday, today was Monday. I look back at this man, who was sitting with his feet on his desk, texting. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I came into Riddles with a poor attitude due to my last disappointment but was greeted by a very nice lady named Rebecca. I usually don't remember people's names but this young lady seriously blew my mind. Her level of professionalism was off the charts! She was so patient with looking my information up and tried to spell my name other ways just in case it got put in wrong. Unfortunately she couldn't find me but she still wanted to help me with my problem. She thoroughly looked over my ring set and told me what all needed to be done and prices. I was so overwhelmed with her kindness and helpfulness that I decided to go with them. My ring would be done by Thursday and would get a phone call. She took all my information down and again introduced herself and was looking forward to seeing me on Thursday. She not only cleaned it for me, but carefully checked the prongs. Then told me what a special, one of a kind, ring I had. All of this was done for free!
