I would like to thank Judy for her superb knowledge in finding the perfect gift,that will last a lifetime.... I will definitely shop Jensen again. The quality,prices and variety of jewelry are outstanding......I would recommend Jensen Jewelers to anyone.....

Jensen Jewelers is the place to go! With amazing customer service, you always feel like it's a genuine experience! I had the chance in the past to work (in the company) personally, with Kaleb, and see firsthand just how much he cares for customers and giving individuals the best service/ experience. I've never seen a manager that cares quite like he does! Go in and visit Jensen jewelers, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Great experience with Jensens. The management has changed, and the new manager Kaleb really cares about getting what YOU want. Not a pushy salesman, and I would go back a third time. I bought my wife pearls, and an engagement ring, I will continue to do all my business here.

An amazing store with great quality jewelry! My future husband and I got our engagement rings and my wedding band here from Kaleb. I went in having a very detailed idea of what I was looking for and Kaleb , worked with us to find exactly what I wanted. He was very patient with us and ordered in things from out of store and stayed in efficient contact to make sure we were happy ! We will definitly keep going back to him !

Excellent service! My boyfriend and I went to the mall to start looking at engagement rings, we stopped at all the jewelry stores and Jensen Jewelers is BY FAR the best in knowledge and service. No one else gave us the time of day, and a couple of sales associates at Jensen's made us feel at ease and found the perfect ring for me! We both agree we wont be going anywhere else from now on. I will recommend this store to anyone!

I've been looking online and in stores for months trying to find the right ring, but wasn't having any luck. I wanted to get something from one of the bigger well known jewelers like Kay or Jared, but decided to stop in and give these guys a shot. John Perryman was the associate that helped me and after describing what kind of ring I was looking for, he found the perfect ring within minutes! Everyone here that I've talked to has been really nice, and they all seem like they truly want to help you find the best jewelry for your significant other. Give these guys a shot for sure!

I definitely recommend buying your engagement ring here! Or any ring really. The employees were very helpful and they sold me what I wanted, not what they wanted. They helped me create a beautiful custom ring for my fiancé and we are both very happy with how it turned out! Best jewelers in Billings by far.

More than amazing customer service at the Jensen Jewelers in the Rimrock Mall. I had decided to make the next step, and stopped in to see what options were available, and what exactly I was going to be up against. Right from the initial hand shake, I felt I was in the right place. Kalob, has been great the entire process! So myself, and my (hopefully soon to be fiance) looked into different rings, different diamonds, and different options for all. Kalob was honest, and more helpful than I could have imagined. We, and I alone had gone to other stores in town, looking at other rings, and between hearing the words "cant do that" and being pressured into something either less than the quality we wanted, or more than the budget we had, we returned to Kalob at Jensen. After looking again, found the diamond, and ring combo. Although after about a month now of back and forth, the ring (which is custom fit to the diamond, and we were never told "cant do that") is almost done and in my possession! Through the weeks, and now days left, Kalob has been in contact with me almost daily, and responds right away with answers to any questions I've thrown at him. I've even gotten notice that things are going great and ahead of schedule just today, as I was writing out this review. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone who is as nervous as I, or anyone who appreciates the good, honest customer service. My purchase at this store is only because of Kalob, and his great customer service, and any future purchases will be there as well. Thanks again Kalob, I'll be sure to update this as soon I can convince this woman to marry me:)
