I walked in with a salt and pepper diamond, a wedding band, and a vision for my engagement ring and WOW Stephen Page did not disappoint!! They were very knowledgeable and were able to advise me towards a ring that looks stunning and is durable enough to withstand my active lifestyle. When I picked it up I was just in awe of how perfect it is, it was exactly what I wanted!! Turn around time was quick considering I dropped it off during the holiday season and they were very reasonable priced. I couldn’t recommend them more!!

Love that this place appears to be an art studio, not a typical jeweler. They are true artists and it shows. I dropped my engagement ring off on a Sunday at noon to get resized and had it back by Monday at 5. Pretty impressive considering it’s two weeks before Christmas. I feel so much better about giving my business to a local shop and not a chain.

Needed to get my wedding rings resized. Took them to Jared's (where they were purchased10+ years ago)- $593 estimate. I was so irritated with the quote that I walked out. Did some research and found Stephen Page of Baltimore. My rings were resized for almost 1/3 of the price I was quoted from Jared's. What a wonderful experience and my rings have never looked better! Oh my goodness what excellent customer support and jewelry repair Stephen Page provides! My engagement ring and full eternity diamond wedding band were both bent (probably from aggressively gripping my steering wheel, among other behaviors). He repaired both my rings AND cleaned them to a perfect sparkle in under two minutes, and was super friendly about it all! The jeweler from which I originally purchased my rings both charged me an unreasonable amount and told me it would take weeks to fix my rings... and I’m so glad this was NOT the case with Stephen. What a wonderful experience I had! Even though I am moving across the country next month, I will always come back here first for fixing jewelry!!! Highly recommend.

Stephen is a great place for jewelry repair!! I went to him late one afternoon and he had my necklace fixed by the next day. He knows his stuff. This necklace is the most important object I own and never leaves my neck so I was extremely nervous to hand it over to someone— Stephen was very kind and understood how much my piece of jewelry meant to me. Amazing place. I stopped to see what I can do with raw amethyst I got from North Carolina. Stephen was very helpful and now I cannot wait to see the ring that Stephen is working on now. In addition, I had a ring with quartz for 12+ years and it started to look sad. Stephen cleaned it up and it looks like I just got it. It now has a second life and I am absolutely happy. Stephen Page made two signet rings for me from molds. The work was first rate. Also, I had my wedding ring and a signet ring resized. And last, my wife broke her wrist and needed surgery. Her hand was swollen, so Stephen cut her wedding ring off and repaired it. You cannot see the ring repairs he did for us. Mr. Page is a first rate jeweler. Highly recommend him.

I bought two engraved stainless steel rings off of Etsy for my anniversary and they came in the wrong sizes. I needed a 6.5 and an 8 and they sent me a 5 3/4 and a 9.5. Stainless steel rings aren't really ones that can be resized because of the type of metal, but I didn't know that at the time so I brought them to Stephen anyway. He talked with me for a good 10 minutes about possible solutions so I could have the rings in time for my anniversary. He was able to use a ring stretcher to make mine the 6.5 I needed, and he put in a liner to make my girlfriend's ring an 8. It fit her perfectly. He really helped me out in such a time crunch with rings not typically able to be resized. Thank you, Stephen!!! You have a returning customer here!

Stephen does amazing work! I stopped into his shop over the weekend to ask about possibly resizing my engagement ring that I've always had to wear with a ring re-sizer. He quickly told me that my ring was 1.5 sizes too large, took my ring, and told me it would be ready by the next day. About 2 hours later, Stephen called to tell me my ring was ready to pick up! He did amazing work and really made the best judgement call when we were deciding between sizes. The price really can't be beat--for $30 my ring finally fits!

Loved my experience with Stephen. It was fast, efficient, and the results were amazing. My husband got me a Cartier LOVE band to wear everyday and unfortunately Cartier doesn't resize these rings. Since the band is wider, the ring was tighter than my engagement ring/wedding band. I called ahead and went by the same day and left with my newly resized ring! Thank you, Stephen! Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to have a watch battery replaced and my wedding rings cleaned. Mr. Page was able to do both right on the spot and was very diligent with cleaning my rings. The owner is awesome! I walked in with what I thought was a problem. I thought a tine was missing from my wife's ring. Turns out it was bent out of position. He spent about 10 seconds fixing it, them polished and cleaned it before handing it back, no charge! Amazeballs!

Ok I never write reviews but Stephen did such a good job on our rings. He’s great to work with, always answers the phone himself and keeps you updated on progress, and his prices were extremely reasonable—way less than I expected. Turn around time was good too. We had him melt down an old family ring into two separate rings and I think it only took like a week and a half. Highly recommend

I had a platinum ring significantly resized, cleaned and polished. It fits perfect now and you can't tell it was resized. I had some scuffs and muck on the ring. The cleaning and polishing made it look like new just as he said it would. Good customer service and fair pricing. It was also clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was in a panic because my watch pin broke and I was going on a hiking trip in a few days. I called the store 30 minutes to closing and the owner said "come on over." Today, I came in with a vintage ring I have worn so frequently that it had a small crack on one side. I asked his opinion on whether the stone needed replacing. Stephen took it, examined it, and polished it quickly, right then and there. He gave me exciting news (that its fine as is for now and to keep wearing it), knowledgeable information about it (like that it was oxidized turquoise, not the aventurine I thought it had been for all these years), and options for replacement if needed down the road. I'm excited to bring more pieces to him for repair and customization. Stephen is a master jeweler--highly recommend him!
