I have been a loyal customer at Cash USA on North Avenue for almost 3 years. I love the staff (TONY- boss man, Mr. Paul- associate worker, Jontae- associate worker, and Torry- associate worker. They treat me like family. I never had any bad experiences at all not one time. They always are so polite very eager to help with whatever you need or if they can’t help they will give you the information on how to obtain or where to go. I LOVE THEM ALL SO MUCH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RATE AT 100% from all employees. I never visit any other location because the service they provide is phenomenal. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS.

I have no problem with this store brought two necklaces and where I got them from rip me off big time and I took them to the pawn shop and showed them the receipt and they said that the place I bought them from jack the price up and they gave me good insight..so most likely I will return to shop around..

I work up the street and manage another local pawn shop in town. I usually stop in other pawn shops time to time to compare prices on items and see what inventory they have to offer. From my perspective, this was one of the most cleanest, well-organized, and well-managed shops in town - that's saying something considering they are our competition, but it's true. Their employees were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Additionally, all their items are in good condition and prices are very respectable. I noticed at least a 30-50% savings from retail prices on most if not all their items.

I am very fond of this pawn shop! The prices are very relevant considering I am one of those customers who loves to get a good bargain. The staff is friendly, very knowledgable and helpful, yet unobtrusive. Pawning an item was a very pleasant experience for me. I appreciate the fact that after being late to pick it up, the manager was very understanding of my circumstances and did not appropriate my item right away, instead I was just charged the usual percentage for extra days. I will absolutely be coming back for more business.

I bought an iPhone for myself and for my family here. They were nice and helped me set it up. I was skeptical about buying a used phone but everything worked out great and I'm still using the phone. Tony the owner is a good guy. Always takes care of you after you do buisness with him. I come back often and recommend him to my friends and family.

Good prices great customer service. Bought a quality laptop 4 months ago from cash usa pawn. No longer needed it tried to sell their own product back to them and they wouldn't offer to buy it back. Great clean store if you need it they will accommodate you if they can.

The guys behind the counter are always a pleasure to deal with. Unlike most other pawn shops in the area, they are courteous, honest, and, most importantly, they are fair. I have utilized pawn shops from Philadelphia down to Baltimore, and my experience with the staff at Cash USA has been by far the best and most rewarding of all. They do not make you feel as though they are out to make a buck, but that they are there to enter into a fair business transaction with you. Additionally, the products that they offer for sale are always quality items at a more than fair price, and are not just polished up pieces of junk that fizzle the minute you get them home. I have been there about a dozen times now and have yet to have a single negative experience or any kind of feedback that isn't worthy of all 5 stars! Thanks guys for your time and service; I will continue to utilize you as my go-to place for all of my pawn and purchase needs!! Definitely CHECK THEM OUT!!!

I was at this place and purchased a laptop for a great price. Customer service was good. The guys were knowledgeable. They have a huge of inventory of stuff and good variety of high-end electronics. This is one of the best pawn shops in the city.

My experience here with cash usa was very amazing you guys .. i was looking for a Apple Watch due to not being able to have my phone on the floor since I work in a warehouse and I came in and was greeted very nicely. There was multiple open and I couldn’t choose and a young man name tae helped me choose one and was so polite. The boss actually gave me a wonderful price on my Apple Watch, they were all so friendly and I will be returning . Thank you so much you guys rock!!!! Nice store had a good amount of items(name brand!) I needed a quick 60.00 due to the ex taking off with the money. So i looked and came across Cash USA. Went in with a 19" sanyo hdtv and while that was not going to get me the 60.00 they were able to give me ten more than the original agreement of 20.00 it helped more than they knew. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also everyone in the store is very knowledgable about any and everything. Good people and nice store. Will be my "go to pawn shop"
