What a fantastic jewelry store! I needed a few family heirloom rings cleaned, and Royal Design was happy to do it for free. I was totally fine with paying for the service, but it’s very nice of them to do it complimentary for rings not even purchased at RD. After the cleaning, we took a look at their beautiful jewelry selection, and talked to the staff about a few pieces. Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend.

My husband bought me my wedding ring here eight years ago. It was a custom braided band with a beautiful solitaire diamond. It was an absolutely gorgeous ring, but for our eighth year anniversary he wanted to upgrade it. We came back here and are very pleased with the ring once again. We were able to sell them back the old diamond & replace it with a bigger diamond and they also added a custom halo on the ring. My ring is absolutely gorgeous I couldn't be happier!!! They also beat all the prices of the other jewelers we have visited!

Ive been so busy telling everyone I know how much I love Royal Design, that I forgot to write a review! Late 2020 I was shopping around for engagement rings and went to at least 12 different shops. I knew nothing about diamonds really so I was overwhelmed and skeptic on what many jewelers told me. Even had a family plug at a big jewerly company that I almost bought my ring from, but something felt off. Then I met Sanaz. Right off the bat she was transparent and I could tell that she was trying to help me find the perfect ring for me. She even showed me all the imperfections in the diamonds to make sure I loved it. Also they are wholesalers!! They have been doing business at Americasmart for 30yrs(i believe) and now moved to Buckhead but still with wholesale prices.You can not beat their prices!!!! TRUST ME!! I have friends who are upset that they didnt get the same deal and or service with their rings. I love this team/family and I will not be going elsewhere for jewelry. I recently also purchased my wedding ring and pair of ringings here too.

They designed my beautiful engagement ring that is one-of-a-kind. A few months after my engagement, two small stones fell out of my ring and I took it to them to fix. They were so helpful and were able to fix it in less than thirty minutes! Such great service and incredibly friendly. We also purchased our wedding bands there and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. More recently I went in to see if I could find myself a necklace for my birthday and couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. Sherry mentioned that they could create anything I wanted, so i got back to her with a necklace design and they were able to create it for me within a matter of weeks! I just noticed that I have not left Sherry, the owner of Royal Designs a review and I would like to. I have known Sherry for over 8 years, when she only had her store in the America’s Mart buildings in downtown Atlanta.... I was a flight attendant for an airline out of Atlanta when I originally meet Sherry and I have bought several pieces of jewelry from her over the years and I can say from my own experience and all the traveling I have done that she is absolutely wonderful to work with no matter what your budget is. Her staff is wonderful and are not pushy. I have owned my ring that she designed for me for 8 years now and I wear it almost everyday, it is still as beautiful as the day I bought it, I have had ZERO issues with my ring. My passengers on my flights always complimented me on my ring and ask where I got it. I always told them where I got my ring and I gave them her website address and contact info. I just wanted to write a review on Royal Designs and let people know I have known Sherry for many many years and her work and designs down to the smallest details are superb. I was trying to remake a heirloom ring for an engagement ring and Sherry was able to guide me through the process of creating a custom ring and made a perfect recreation of the ring. The diamond options were also great, multiple rings in my range of price and different sizes and quality. I never felt pressured and for sure never pressured for the most expensive diamond in my range. Sherry actually helped me decide on a lower priced one that fitted the ring the best. From the second you drive up to the building, Royal Design has thought of every little detail and how to make your experience as memorable and smooth as possible. They have covered free valet for all of their customers, sanitizing stations in the front of the building, the store is secured with cameras and a locked door at all times. But that's not what makes it special, Sanaz & Sherry are what makes royal design special. The care they put into each individual piece of jewelry and what it signifies for you is what makes looking down at your gems and remembering them so amazing. You'll smile every time you remember how they customized each piece for you to fit your needs and wants perfectly. Every piece of jewelry we have purchased over the years has been a reflection of the story and progression of the relationship between my wife and I from when we first started dating. The staff at Royal Design have been there from the beginning of our relationship helping pick out a small pair of morganite earrings for our 1-year dating anniversary, to the engagement ring, wedding bands, and everything in between and after. From that first visit they began developing their own relationship with my wife and I. They truly had an interest in getting to know us, our story, and would go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and the pieces that we ultimately picked out were perfect for the occasion and to our liking. Shopping there is more of an experience and each time we return it’s like reminiscing with friends/family as we are always excited to share stories and catch up. I am in the process of purchasing a diamond for them, I had a bad experience with another jewelry store in Tennessee where I live. I wish I would have took off work and just drove down and made my purchase here! They took time to educate us on how we were sold a over graded EGL diamond. I will add to this after my purchase with more great things I can say about them. I even referred my coworker to purchase from them and he call them today. I highly recommend them because of the transparency and they education they give you about what you are interested in. Update! I had my fiancé’s diamond upgraded back in November and we are so happy with it! I can’t express how happy we are! I got a amazing price and service here!
