Customer service second to nobody! Absolutely pure pleasure to do business with and to have custom pieces created. They will make anything and everything, from the biggest and most expensive to the smallest and not expensive. I have gotten two pieces from here and they just keep getting better and better. Always answers calls or text and you have their personal number. I mean it does simply not get better than this. I have sent in pieces for repair as well. Guess what….I got it back the next day! overnight shipping baby!!! What else needs to be said? WILL, thank you for everything; forever grateful.

I had the pleasure of working with Jenee! I lost my ring, I called the insurance company and Jenee, was on the job immediately! She was the awesome! I had literally just made the claim, and Jenee was calling me like the next day or two. My head was spinning at how fast she was on the job. I connected with Taurus among 4 other jewelers to shop for a custom engagement ring. Firstly, I would like to say I was shocked at the exceptional customer service I received from Icebox. I originally bought a gold chain for my boyfriend and then ended up contacting the store because I did not receive a confirmation email. The sales rep. who assisted me was Emily C. We found that my email was entered incorrectly, so we fixed that in order for me to receive a confirmation. While doing so she asked what I had bought who it was for etc. she then offered to Face-time me because she mentioned customers who buy the 1mm sometimes are not satisfied with how tiny they are and indeed very tiny !!! So I was so happy she cared enough to show/tell me that. I ended up choosing a different chain and I appreciated that although I live in Canada she was able to show me and advise me on other chains I might like. Would def buy from here again!

UPDATING ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW--I did receive a phone call not long after my review that they had our necklace and would be sending us a new one along with some accessories-accessories were 2 pens, jewelry cleaner, a cloth and lanyard. Happy that we did get our necklace back. The person that called was very nice and explained what was going on. I appreciate the customer service, just wish the issue could have been avoided. Thanks for the help and the extras!! Will not return emails. Sent a necklace back for repair and started on Sept. 21 and emailed to see if they received. Last email was 10/9 from them indicating they had not received it yet and asked for the shipping info (they provided the shipping label for return). Still have not heard anything. Tracking number received from them is no longer available. Disappointed that this had to happen to a teenager who had to save a while to purchase this necklace and now he is out his money and the necklace.

Low quality diamonds and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. If your hometown has a Diamond district (chicago, NY, etc) or local jewelers, you can probably shop around for better deals. They do have some nice designs though and do good work, but the diamonds they use are basically worthless - small diamonds have almost no rarity, they just look nice.

I was in the Rolex market about a year ago and was referred to Icebox Jewelry by a close friend. I assumed it would be a run of the mill selection, but I was blown away by the assortment of used and new Rolex's as well as the Jooma brothers' willingness to find me whichever Rolex I really wanted. They were honest throughout the whole process with their feedback as well as their prices. The aura of the store was impressive. They even had their own water with the Icebox name on it! After my experience buying my Rolex, I decided to come to Icebox for my engagement ring. I was pleasantly surprised at their attention to quality when selecting the diamonds for my fiance's ring. They did an amazing job. It was also pretty amazing seeing the work they have done with customized jewelry. After my experience, I see why well known entertainers love wearing the Icebox brand. Doesn't matter who you ask for, every associate treats you like their marquee client. All in all, if you're not shopping with Icebox, you're not getting the best quality at the best price.

Admittedly, I happen to know the family at Icebox Jewelry. However, I have always been of the mind to "never do business with friends/family." I knew, after that first visit, that we would be customers for life! In the five plus years that have passed, a lot has changed (for Icebox and for me!) I'd give her FIVE STARS if an individual customer service survey was available. I honestly think the pricing is high for their jewellery due to the high volume of celebrity clients but it's no different from purchasing clothes from a mall vs any other location. However I'm happy with my purchase.

Zahir and his brothers even ensured me that they personally would hand select each diamond under a microscopic loupe to be certain that every diamond set onto the Rolex band, would meet my specific criteria. I was quoted a competitive price and shown several pieces of work that they had previously completed so I could get a more accurate sense of the quality of their craftsmanship. Moreover, Zahir honorably did not charge me for the additional 2 carats of VVS diamond which were used on my Rolex, that exceeded our initial estimation of carat weight prior to the commencement of the project!
