Kelly is the best! He’s a special blend of charisma and character. A true professional that takes great care of his customers. Brown & Co. is the #1 destination in Atlanta for luxury watches. I’ve been into watches for as long as I can remember. There’s just something magical about these tiny machines that accompany us as we go about our lives. They age gracefully with character and serve as a reminder of memories made over time. I was recently looking for a particular watch to commemorate some personal and professional achievements. I met Kelly as I entered the store and he helped me navigate my options. The watch I decided on wasn’t immediately available, but Kelly made sure that I would be able to get one in time and he ultimately helped me secure a watch that I treasure wearing every day. I still keep in touch with Kelly post-purchase as I genuinely enjoy talking watches with a fellow hobbyist. Kelly and Brown & Co. have a customer for life!

On 8/20/2022, My buddy and I went to the Buckhead Brown & Co. so I could purchase a Tissot for him as a thank you gift. Angela Wang was our Sales Professional. The Tissot my friend wanted was not in stock in the Buckhead store but it was at the Roswell store. Angela volunteered to get the watch. My friend and I agreed and we went to lunch. As we finished eating, Angela called and said she was back at the store with the watch. I made the purchase. I also explained to Angela my dream of owning a Submariner and asked to be placed on the Rolex Registry of Interest. Based on the information I read on the internet, I expected the wait to be anywhere between three months to three years. Angela emailed me 20 days later and informed me she had a Submariner for me at the store. You read that correctly, less than three weeks! Angela is AMAZING!

My family has been purchasing from the Brown & Co location in Roswell for more than 30 years now. So we obviously love this jeweler. When I was little I would color at their kids table while my mom shopped around, and now that I am older I also own a number of pieces purchased from them. My mom and I buy a lot of jewelry and the bulk of it is from Brown and Co. We always have a wonderful experience. Recently, I came in by myself to drop a number of my mom’s older John hardy pieces for cleaning. John hardy pieces tends to get a little gunky if they aren’t worn and cleaned often. This was my first time dropping anything off to be cleaned and honestly the clerk, an older woman by the name of Marie, was a little bit off putting and a little bit rude. I was dropping off thousands of dollars worth of jewelry off and she seemed to not really care and was busy doing something else. She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her what I wanted. She just took the pieces and made a ticket without telling me when they would be ready to pick up or even if they charged for basic cleaning. I had to ask her a number of questions to clarify. Even with that not perfect experience I still highly recommend them. The only less than stellar experience I have had in many, many visits. Even the rest of that visit was wonderful. I was only planning on dropping off and not buying anything new but of course I had to browse a little.I was looking at some very simple dainty David yurman bracelets to mix with the nicer gold stack I already own. Ms. Maria Montelongo helped me and she went above and beyond. She understood what I wanted and brought out a few pieces that matched exactly what I was looking for on the dime. I actually purchased two bracelets from the ones she had chosen. I was honestly very pleased and surprised by her attentiveness especially because this was my first time in without my mom. I’m a senior in college so I’m pretty young and I also wasn’t looking at any super high ticket items this visit. I was a little concerned that the associates wouldn’t take me seriously alone after my experience dropping off the pieces to be cleaned, but Ms. Montelongo was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. I will definitely be purchasing from her again.

What an awesome experience! I told Krista I'd like to try on a Tudor (when I meant to say Reverso), and she immediately let me know they had one of the newly released Tudor's in stock. I really had no intention of buying a Tudor, and never thought I'd have the opportunity to buy a newly released watch. The watch is absolutely beautiful and Krista was so genuinely warm and kind. Went in on the 10th to inquire about a Rolex Explorer 2 Polar after getting an invitation from Kat to do so. What an amazing experience. Promptly greeted with a bottle of water while I waited for Kat to finish with her current client. She took the time to explain to me the process on requesting an Explorer 2 Polar and a realistic timeframe. I can see why my co-worker spoke so highly of Brown & Co. We exchanged business cards and the process was a breeze. What a night and day difference compared to Mayor’s after the Watches of Switzerland takeover. I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. I've been dealing with Lana from the Buckhead location since 2013 and she's exertmly helpful, attentive and personable. I've traveled all over the u.s. and around the world and whenever I visit a Rolex AD the experience never measures up to the customer service that I received from Brown and Co. (Buckhead location). As soon as you ask an AD about a Rolex they automatically shut you down and brush you away as if your business is invalid and this does not happen at Brown and Co. The environment at Brown and Co. is welcoming and Lana is attentive. I was Fortunate to purchase my dream watch (Rolex GMT) that'll be passed down to my son when he's of age. I’ve had a passion for watches since I was a young teenager. Buying a fine watch or piece of jewelry is supposed to be fun, memorable experience and Rachele definitely made it feel that way. She welcomed me in as soon as I walked through the door, and took me on a tour of the different watch brands Brown and Company carried. Updated review: I'm updating my review because the store manager, Amy, reached out to me and paid to have the ring in question fixed. She handled the situation really well. She was apologetic and took responsibility. In addition, she made sure I was connected with a high quality jeweler near me to make sure the fix was made correctly. Original review: I bought my wife's engagement ring from Brown and Co. Less than 6 months after purchase with normal daily wear, the bottom of the ring had a crack in it (see the picture below). When I contacted Brown about this, their attitude was that this was my problem, not theirs. I had since moved away from Atlanta and if I couldn't travel across the country for them to look at it, their was nothing I could do. Fast forward, we have the ring fixed from a reputable local jeweler, but the crack reappears. At this point, I reached out to Brown again and got a manager on the phone who tells me I have to replace the bottom half of the ring less than 3 years from the original purchase date. When you purchase an engagement ring, you want to buy something that is going to last. Most of us don't do this very often, so you need to trust the person that you're dealing with. Based on my experience, I would not trust Brown.

I don't write reviews as often as I should, but Brown & Co. (and specifically Rachele Rees) earned this one! I've been a customer of theirs a few times over the years for a variety of reasons, but today's visit was due to my favorite watch needing a new battery with no time to spare. I'm headed out of town for a business trip where I'd hoped to wear it, and once I told Rachele that, she went well out of her way to make it a priority for a 10-minute turnaround. From the instant I walked in the door, there were at least three smiling faces ready and willing to help. Rachele was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable about watches. Typically it takes a few days for the battery replacement, but once she knew I was leaving town and was hoping to take it with me, she jumped into action. I spent my 10 minute wait drooling over some beautiful watches and having a nice conversation with a sales associate in that department who let me try on a few. There was no pushy sales approach, just pure, friendly conversation about brands and styles we liked and features he would point out. It was a fun way to wait, and now I've got my eye on a couple Omegas as well. Not only is my favorite timepiece back in action, but I've had a nice reminder of how good the customer service is at Brown & Co Jewelers. There's no doubt I'll continue to be a repeat customer of theirs.

My fiancée and I went to Brown for the first time last Thursday, and we had an incredible experience. We were helped by a gentleman called Kelly. We were specifically interested in looking at Rolex time pieces and wedding bands. Though the Rolex inventory situation at Brown was not different from any other authorized dealer, Kelly was upfront and honest with expectations as we were placing our orders. Additionally Kelly was extremely knowledgeable about bridal jewelry. He patiently showed my fiancée a variety of wedding bands and provided us with tasteful recommendations to compliment her engagement ring. He even offered to professionally clean our engagement ring while we browsed, even though we did not purchase it from Brown. During our time there, we never felt pushed or pressured, and overall our experience was fantastic. Finally, the prices at Brown are competitive and not grossly overpriced. For these reasons my fiancée and I can't wait to return to Brown to pick up our Rolex watches and wedding band.

It was a little under 2 years ago that I came to Brown & Co. for complete restoration of a 64 y.o. Jaeger Le Coultre family heirloom. There was a bit of miscommunication with the first associate I worked with, but Deionandra immediately stepped in to correct the issue and improve the experience. Due to Covid delays and factory shut downs at Jaeger, it felt like I would never get this watch back but Deionandra communicated with me every step of the way and profusely apologized for the delays (even though they were out of her control). Yesterday, I was able to finally pick up my watch and I was blown away by how fantastic it looks. I am so thankful for the level of service and professionalism provided to me and I’m elated with the end result. I now have a beautiful, functional, timepiece that holds a tremendous amount of sentimental value thanks to the efforts of those at Brown & Co. and Jaeger. You now have a lifetime customer. Thanks!

Henry and Dee greeted me quickly and informed me that they would attempt to fix the problem immediately - it took about 15 minutes and my watch band was repaired and returned to me good as new - they explained the repair, took time to answer my questions and further explained that my watch would likely need to be factory serviced soon. My fiance and I wanted to create a custom 3 stone ring. Lana was outstanding in executing what we wanted. She sent frequent updates via text on available diamonds, their arrival to the store, the progress on setting the stones. She also agreed to meet with me after hours if I could not make it before the store closes. Additionally, B&C has a warranty policy for 5 years that if you are not satisfied with your ring or you want to trade it in for another, you can use the entirety of the cost of the previous ring and use it towards your new purchase as long as your piece is not damaged. I'm not a high end jeweler kind of guy, but I needed to get my Omega serviced, and Brown and Company is an authorized Omega service center. From the moment I walked into the store, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was exceptionally friendly and professional. Very, very informative, and treated me and my Omega like we were the most important transaction they were having that day. While I was waiting, I spoke with Taylor in depth about the different watches Brown and Company had on hand for sale. It was obvious he was very passionate about time pieces, and had a wide ranging knowledge not just about those watches they had in stock, but about other watches I had. My Seamaster required a full service by Omega, in Switzerland. It was actually about half of what I would have expected to pay. When I got the call, about 3 months later, to pick it up, Deionandra actually greeted me by name! My Seamaster looks brand new and is running as new. Deionandra actually caught a mistake that Omega made with one of the bracelet links, and fixed it on the spot. Overall, a wonderful experience! I cannot recommend this jeweler enough. I'm sure their jewelry is spectacular, but it is the people working there that make this such a great experience.

Britain Lockhart, a customer service and watch technician at Brown & Co., was exactly the guy I needed. I walked in certain that I was going to have to replace the band on my Rolex due to a severely loose clasp that wouldn’t stay closed. Britain gave it a good look and indicated that he thought he could set me back up. When he handed the watch back, the clasp was tight again and the repair was free! Then he took an old Mickey Mouse watch of mine which I thought needed a new battery. He cleaned the contact between the watch and the battery, and it’s working just fine! Meanwhile, Henry looked at my anniversary band before taking it back to be cleaned for me. He discovered a loose stone and advised me on getting it fixed. Both gentlemen were generous with their time and pleasant in their interactions. I can’t imagine receiving more thoughtful customer service than at Brown for my jewelry care. Even better, the store is full of beautiful items. We often come here for special gifts. I highly recommend Brown!.

Because of the sentimental nature of the stones, it was important to me to have a trustworthy, quality jeweler. One of the diamonds was slightly larger; the other two of similar size. I presented a photo of a ring to David, my jeweler. David helped me refine the design. He made recommendations regarding the metals I might use to enhance the ring. His recommendations were spot-on. Over the weekend I picked up a bottle of nail polish that I discovered was broken, only after I’d been holding it in my hand with my engagement ring and wedding band. I had a great custom ring made with Brown & Co-Buckhead with the help of Lana (sales) and David (ring design and fabrication). The final product turned out very close to what I had envisioned and my fiance is a very happy gal! My fiance had a particular ring in mind and I was unable to find something like it, as-is, after several weeks of searching jewelry cases around Atlanta. I decided to have the ring custom-made. I spent several months sifting through stalls at America's Mart--looking for a great deal--and I found that the ring design and fabrication work is outsourced to separate parties, which made for a fruitless first attempt at having a custom ring made. Many phone calls were had in attempt to get the Computer Aided Design (CAD) right, but language barriers and collaborating remote was extremely frustrating. I cut my losses at the Mart and then tried Solomon Brothers. While their ring fabricator was in-house, service in general was poor. I provided their designer a reference picture and the first couple of CADs were garbage. When I attempted to refine the CAD with the designer I ran into language barriers... again. So, I finally tried Brown & Company just down the road. I spoke with Lana about having a custom ring made up and she introduced me to David (ring design & fabrication) who I found to be really great to work with. There were no language barriers whatsoever and he took the time to walk me through each step of the ring-making process. David convinced me that CAD drawings really weren't the best way to design. We proceeded through the design process using his hand drawings. After several iterations of design I signed off on the drawings and David began making my ring by hand... in store... not outsourced! In parallel, I worked with Lana to find the right stone (diamond). She found me a beautiful diamond that was nearly identical in price to what the Mart had to offer (all specs: Carat, Cut, Clarity, Color identical)--really. I was pleasantly surprised. David completed the setting in about 4 weeks and before setting the stone I went in to "sign-off" on the work. The setting was nearly exactly what I had envisioned, but I have to admit that a few details weren't perfect (leading to my rating of 4 out of 5 stars). However, ultimately Lana and David were able to provide to me what several other jewelers were unable to: education on the ring-making process, relative peace-of-mind, and a fantastic engagement ring.

I was passed on to another sales rep. The sales rep looked a little puzzled.. I was confused. So I asked, are you now helping me. She responded hmm yes. I introduced myself. Her name was Angela. I initially was tempted to walk out, but Angela made me feel like I was valued. She mad an overwhelming process simple! I the close of my purchase, I shared with Angela I really appreciated her taking the time to Help me and make me feel valued. I also asked is it normal protocol to leave a customer hanging and pivot to another one? Is the service based on how much you spend? It’s not good service to gauge the level of service based upon how much you may anticipate a person spending. My rating initially was a 1. Angela turned it around. Angela was an absolute 5!!!! The overall experience was a low 3. I Recommend allow Angela to share best practice on how to make all customers feel welcomed.

When I called to ask about a particular watch, Wendel Dandridge was very familiar with the brand and description and called me back quickly to confirm that they had the watch in stock, even texting me a photo to confirm it was the correct piece. I went right in to pick up the watch and Wendel made the whole process of sizing the watch band and completing the transaction a wonderful experience. I shared that it was for a special occasion and he even gave me a discount! Wendel was a treat to work with and he will now be my go-to jeweler for future purchases.
