Words can’t express the gratitude I have for Darren of Professional Jewelers. I lost my wedding ring of 40 years, he saw my vision and was able to replicate it. He was very professional, and with his expertise added features that enhanced the beauty of the ring. Also, was done in a very timely fashion. What a great experience we had designing our wedding rings. Just happened to stop at the store one afternoon, after reading some other positive reviews on the web and it was the best decision we could have made to end up with two unbelievably beautiful wedding rings. When we walked in the store, we really had no clue what style rings we were looking for. Darren took his time with us as we looked and looked. We found a style of ring we liked for the bride, in one of his showcases. Darren took the style, our ideas, his suggestions and designed a beautiful setting. For my ring, I found a style on a one of the website that he suggested I look at. Again he took the style, our thoughts, along with his suggestions and my ring came out awesome. Darren was also super fast in making each of the waxes(what the ring will look like, but it is made of wax-so changes can be made if needed), having the two waxes ready for our approval, casting the rings, polishing, setting the stones, and everything else that goes into having two absolutely amazing rings completed. He also did needed repairs on some jewelry that we had. No question at all, we would recommend Professional Jewelers for anyone in the Greater Asheville/Hendersonville area looking for fantastic jewelry.

Me and my husband had a very last minute pulled together marriage and we needed wedding bands in 7 days. I called several jewelry dealers and none could have the rings ready in time for our ceremony. And then I tried Darren, owner of Professional Jewelers of Asheville. My rings were picked, ordered, engraved and ready in two days!! Darren went above and beyond in making sure I had the rings I wanted and how I wanted AND on time! We were even able to pick up the rings two days before our ceremony! And not only was service impeccable, but it was a complete pleasure working with Darren who is easy to talk to, professional, and friendly. I LOVE me and my husband's wedding bands! They are perfect and beautiful! And my husband was so pleased with the service that he went back and bought me some gorgeous earrings!

I definitely found my new jewelry spot to go to. I was on the hunt for a Halo diamond pendant for my wife’s anniversary and was in a time crunch. After going to countless jewelry stores and just not finding anything that I felt was perfect, I stop in a professional jewelers of Asheville. Although, they did not have anything in stock ready when I walked in, the owner took my information down, and contacted me a couple hours later saying that he found one in his safe in the back. He would just need a little bit of time to get it put together. He sent me a few pictures and I was blown away. After over an hour of us looking together at pictures online as well as drawings Darren created, we both agreed on a very original design. The days following he sent me pictures of the molding so I could approve the ring before he started to work on it. Within a few days it was finished. When we got back into town to resize the ring he not only made it fit perfectly for her, he cleaned it even more to make the diamonds really pop. We came up with a design that used the majority of the diamonds. 3 primary diamonds surrounded by a halo of smaller diamonds. The process took a few weeks and he kept in touch with pictures throughout the process. I was very happy with the results and highly recommend for any jewelry requests.
