I highly reccomend the Gold and Diamond Connection. It's a family business with Dad, Sam, and his 2 daughters, Sheri and Teri. They are honest, dependable and good natured folks. I had an awesome experience with Sam helping me design 2 necklaces with some diamonds I had in the safe. My daughters will be thrilled with their Christmas presents this year! I've attached a photo so you can see why I was so happy!

Sam at Gold and Diamond Connection made what could have been a really bad experience, a good one. My diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring so we took it there to be fixed Sam quoted us a price but it actually cost a lot more when the actual work was done. Sam was kind enough to honor the original quoted price even though it was a loss for him. We thank him for his integrity and as a result would highly recommend this family business.

We went in to Gold & Diamond Connection for a repair of a necklace (clasp) & to look for silver earrings. We were greeted by the owner and his daughter. Both very helpful individuals. The owner worked in fixing my necklace while his daughter assisted us in finding silver earrings. Unfortunately, we didn't see anything in the store but, she pulled out a few books that she could order from. We found a pair that we liked & they were ordered. We received a call a few days later letting us know that the merchandise had arrived. Definitely amazing customer service & we will get back for future needs.

Sam and daughter Sheri are first class! They understood exactly what I wanted and Sam would create something unique. The ring icludes a diamond full of sparkle from the Connection, a gold band from another ring of mine, and an antique cathedral setting or "mount" that I already had. Sam did not disappoint! As a person that places a high value on their time, I don't get around to writing many reviews. However, when I see that people are going out of their way to do things above and beyond,I feel they ought to be recognized. The store is very tidy, and well organized. The staff are friendly, and knowledgable. I guess the #1 factor was price. After some very diligent shopping, I had a particular diamond (size,cut,color,and overall grade )in my sights. Somehow this store was able to beat their competition handily. I was very satisfied with the final product,and would highly recommend that before you purchase a piece of jewelry somewhere else, you consider giving these folks an opportunity. Thank you Gold and Diamond connection, you've earned my future business as well as my gratitude. As a quick edit, I have followed my own advice and bought some more jewelry since. Again they've met my expectations and then some. I'd recommend calling ahead and asking to make an appointment with Sam. Let him know about the review, and that I've set the bar high. I called on the morning before Valentine's Day inquiring if they had a specific pair of earrings that I had been seeking and unable to find at other jewelers. While there were none in stock at this location, they were quickly able to find the specific earrings that I was looking for in the price range that I had requested. They had them shipped to the store, gift wrapped, and ready for pick up by 1:00 the following afternoon (Valentine's Day). This was a really excellent customer service experience, and, most importantly, the earrings are beautiful and my wife loves them!

Went to Gold Connection with a picture of a piece. Mr Sam and the ladies went above and beyond to assist me in creating a beautiful custom piece. I was notified along the way in the progress of the making and projected delivery date. Once it came in and I saw the finished piece it was above expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! Great place and real friendly people. I was referred by a friend when I was shopping for an engagement ring. Sam was really amazing in helping me find a ring and diamond similar to the ones online. Once I ordered the rings and diamonds Sam was able to get them in store in the next 2 days. The quality was amazing. Sam you are the man. We have been doing business with you for several years. However this time was way above and beyond. We wanted a ring for our 25th. wedding anniversary. We had a combination of old jewlery, aireloom jewlery, diamonds, rubys and wedding bands from parents and family. You listened and designed a very individual special ring. A ring with lots of style and especially BLING which was very important to my wife. You met us by appointment, calling us throughout the designing of the ring meeting with us for approval and ideas. The final meeting with us to pickup the ring by appointment. Looking for a pair of gold earrings, I first looked at several retail jewelry stores in Asheville, and found them all to be over-priced and with very poor quality diamonds. It was such a relief to find Gold & Diamond Connection. The owner, Sam, offered great quality diamonds at a very reasonable price. He and his daughter were very knowledgeable about jewelry and diamonds, and I am very happy with the earrings they provided. I definitely recommend them over the large retail stores with high overhead and poor quality diamonds.
