My now fiancé & I were looking for a jeweler to make an engagement ring for us & I’m so happy we chose David’s. Deborah was incredibly helpful from the beginning & answered all of our questions. I was having a hard time deciding between two ideas for a design and she asked me what I would still love in 20 years which was exactly what I needed to hear. They brought in different diamonds for us to pick from for the center stone and we had a small diamond from a family ring that they were able to match & include in the new ring. I’m so happy with the finished ring.

We went to have my engagement ring and wedding band (both from different jewelers) resized and put together. They took their time to know exactly what I wanted with my rings and looked over them with us before we left them. My rings were two different sizes and they resized both of them and put them together exactly how I wanted them at a great price! You can not tell where they did the work. They also got it done in 2 days and I was so happy to have them back on my finger! I highly highly recommend using them for any jewelry needs!

I decided it was finally time to repurpose part of an old ring and David's did a fantastic job turning it into a beautiful pendant! They were very prompt and reasonably priced, and every employee we spoke with was super friendly! They've definitely earned my repeat business.

My fiancé and I were shopping for engagement and wedding bands. Everyone at David’s is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We visited the store more than 5 times to look at different style rings. Everyone greeted us with a smile and remembered what style of ring we were previously looking at. Stop wasting time and go to David’s Jewelers. They have so many selections for engagement and wedding bands. We want to say thanks to Sean, Debra and your staff for a great experience.

This is the only jeweler I trust i trust. Everyone from their Owner, management, and employees have always shown nothing but respect and trustworthiness. I originally went in for a simple chain for my niece, and have returned for timepiece repair, cleaning, and an engagement stone. I’m moving out of state soon, but I will still call these folks for anything I might need. There is a genuineness at this store that you just won’t find anywhere else. There’s a lot of places that are just in it for the money, these people actually care. 10/10

I highly recommend David's Jewelers. They changed my experience with a jewelers to a great one. Everyone is so nice polite and patient at their shop. I went to them to have a unique watch fixed. It had some problems even after the initial fix. However, they were patient and worked with me and the company to get it right. Now, many months later, it's still working fantastically! They also cleaned my ring so it was over-clean than I wanted. So they went back and added the "dark" contrast to places I requested. Now I love my ring! Fantastic place. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

I highly recommend David's Jewelers. I came in their shop with a unique request, already having made a rough casting of a ring in 14k gold for my fiance. David was able to polish the casting, set the stones, in only a week, and it looked fantastic! He also finished our wedding bands and stretched one out so it fit properly. We are extremely happy with the final products. David took the time to walk me through the polishing process and seemed to genuinely care about us. I will definitely be returning to their shop in the future!

I had a terrible experience at another local jewelry store, where i was always getting a different story. Never felt taken care of. Just walking into David Jewelers I was welcomed with a smile and taken care of right away. They shared every option I had on changing my ring and insured me I would love the outcome. Told me my ring would be ready in four days and only took them three! I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND DAVID JEWELERS TO ANYONE, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Just had my most precious jewelry repaired at David's Jewelers....the service was most excellent and so were the repairs. The staff made me feel very comfortable leaving even my most sentimental pieces with them. They made everything all better and as good as new...I was totally impressed and it was a great overall experience. Also very reasonable prices!! Can't say enough good!!

Love the staff! Every experience I have had with David's Jewelers has been above and beyond. I am a very clumsy and accident prone person resulting in a lot of damaged jewelry, they fix it for me every time with speed and ease! I can't even tell what happened to my ring. They also clean with water and not UV on my Morganite jewelry which is a sensitive stone. A+++

A co-worker recommended this place to me one day at work when I had a piece of jewelry break. The staff was so helpful and polite. They gave me different options about how they could fix my broken necklace chain. You could just tell that the staff was knowledge. It was only a broken necklace chain that they fixed but it was a very sentimental piece of jewelry to me and could not thank them enough. I highly recommend this place and the services that they offer.

Honest and inexpensive! Great combination. Took my gold watch to a couple different jewelers and was told that I would need a $350 new movement, David's Jeweler's told me all I needed was a new $10 battery. ONLY place I have work done now!

We live in Juneau and had a so-so experience with our local jeweler that left us searching for someone within the state to create a custom engagement ring and wedding band from family stones. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and were able to email pictures to Sean and Vern who were both wonderful and responsive. Our plans to travel up to get the rings left them with 15 days to complete the set and they knocked it out of the park! Sean sent us pictures of the wax molds and they were perfect, he really got into our heads to deliver exactly what we wanted. He stayed late the day before we wanted to pick them up and called us to let us know they were done. We walked into the shop for the first time, because we had mailed the original rings up and only communicated by email and phone, where we were greeted very kindly; they recognized my voice! When they brought out my rings I made a series of ridiculous, gleeful noises because they were sooooo perfect I couldn't even believe my eyes, my fiancé was beaming because they are even more spot-on than he could have imagined! We believe we got a really fair and reasonable price on the custom set, a mere fraction of what we were quoted by the folks here in Juneau. They bought the old settings at scrap prices so that was easy. We were really comfortable in the shop and enjoyed chatting with all of the staff. My fiancé ended up picking out his band after about 5 minutes of looking, that's on order from the manufacturer and will be engraved before they send it down to us. Overall seriously quality people and product. Very knowledgeable and helpful for those of us who don't know very much about jewelry. Definitely have already recommended them to recently engaged friends of ours.

My boyfriend has a Citizen watch and a pin in one of the band links fell out. We were at Fred Meyers and asked about getting a new link for the band, nope can’t do that. So we came back home and I went to Citizen’s website and found David’s Jewelers. I called them and ask about band repairs. These said bring the watch in and let us take a look. 5 minutes and 3 dollars later We had a repaired watch.

David's has NO "Alaska markup" that I've found for other things. I had a great experience here today. I had my wedding ring resized and picked it up yesterday and realized it was still a little snug. I took it back today and they took care of it with no questions asked. They were very kind and professional and I would 100% recommend them!

These guys were awesome. As the sole caretaker of a terminally ill mother for several years, I had recently put her into assisted living on hospice and had to clean out the home where she had rented for 17 years. Although it wasn’t my first choice, I’ve been trying to sell some things of hers to help pay for the astronomical cost of assisted living. I brought in some stuff thinking I’d get a couple hundred bucks to go towards all of the bills and I honestly started crying when they gave me an estimate of a couple thousand. Everyone there was so great and assured me they’ve seen people in my situation before. They were honest and upfront and helped me pick out several stones that I could keep to make pieces that were more my style in the future to remember my mom. I highly recommend this establishment.

I WENT IN THIS WEEKEND AND I WAS ASKING ABOUT MY COBALT RING THAT I PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER CHAIN, I WANTED TO GET IT RESIZED BIGGER AND THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE RING IN THE BACK LOOKED AT IT AND EXPLAINED THAT BECAUSE OF THE METAL, THEY WOULD REALLY HAVE TO WORK AT IT. THEY CALLED 2 1/2 HOURS LATER AND INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD TO MAKE A SPECIAL JIG TO TRY GET IT TO GO BIGGER. I GOT A PHONE CALL A FEW HOURS LATER EXPLAINING THAT THEY COULD NOT GET THE RING TO BUDGE. THEY EXPLAINED WHY AND HONESTLY I DIDN'T MIND BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!! THERE ISN'T A WHOLE LOT OF PLACES THAT WOULD GO THE EXTRA MILE LIKE THAT AND WORK ON SOMETHING FOR 4 PLUS HOURS AND NOT CHARGE YOU.

AMAZING!! My husband and I purchased a custom wedding ring set almost 17 years ago. Recently had to have the prongs replaced. And earlier this week I noticed my 1 carat diamond was gone. I searched everywhere for it and no luck. I called Sean at David's he told me to bring it in. He realized all the prongs are still in place. Without question he is replacing the 1 carat diamond at no cost. This is such an awesome jeweler and I can not say enough about how great they are. Would not go to another jeweler in Anchorage.
