Wendell was the most thorough, courteous, and unassuming jeweler I’ve ever met. Something about his aura was just so peaceful. There was never even a hint of inconvenience in his eyes or tone of voice throughout our exchange, even though I came in to inquire about some jewelry repairs rather than a purchase. As fate would have it, I stumbled upon the most beautiful little necklace as he prepared the repair paperwork and as he was wrapping up, I asked if I might bother him for a price on a pendant that caught my eye. He was happy to help and let me try it on, answered all my questions and accommodated my inquiries into chain substitutions as well. It really was exceptional service and absolutely none of the pretentious, holier-than-thou vibes emitted from any members of the staff like you sometimes encounter in fine jewelry establishments. The manager jumped in to lend her expertise at one point and a couple of the other associates made small talk as well, just genuinely so nice. I’m starting to acquire a small collection of pieces from this Ben Bridges store and with service like this, I will continue to be a customer for many years to come. Thank you, Wendell!

I came in to have a ring I purchased years ago upgraded with a larger center setting, and I was able to get a great stone at a reasonable price; they're even going to make me an offer on the original stone as a trade in. The jeweler took her time to allow us to look at the stone very closely and described the various options well without pressuring us to make a decision.

He is always helpful and informative. My latest purchase is a Rolex Deep Sea Dweller James Cameron. As has been the cate all over the watch world, Rolex watches have been in short supply. A little over four years ago I added my name to the list for a deep sea dweller. When Wendell called to let me know my long awaited watch had arrived, I was over joyed. Though the waiting time for Rolex is purely a manufacturers problem, I have never lost my faith I’m Ben Bridge or Wendell. They are wonderful to do business with. She made a joke about being the "queen" of finding diamonds but she really is! She also designed a setting for my wife's diamond and had it made within a month for us.
