The prices are competitive, and the customer service is well worth the price we paid. They made us feel like family. Since then, we have gone back to buy some smaller pieces and gifts and will continue to patronize them because of the wonderful experience we had.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working directly with John, on creating a new engagement ring. My experience was nothing less than amazing. Both John and his staff are the best. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and skilled, he was very patient. She was quite knowledgeable and the showroom had plenty of products to see and choose from. Cristine listened carefully to our concerns and was a great help in making our decision. Im late with my review (as I am with most things) but I just had to say that Michael from John Thomas was critical in helping me accomplish my dream. I will preface this by saying I am in no way a jeweler but I really wanted to make the engagement ring that I would be proposing with. I researched and researched, and finally took the dive and made it. Now the most critical part was finding a diamond and getting set in the ring. I couldn't find a reliable source for this until a friend highly recommended I talk to Michael at John Thomas. When I did reach out, it was a sigh of relief knowing I found the final piece to this puzzle. Right away they were so helpful and so on board for my unusual request. Even with my practice ring looking like a disaster, they were so nice, and provided so much info to help correct my issues. Then we started the process of finding a stone. I was limited by the size of the setting I had, but Michael had no shortage of options for me. He not only showed me so many diamonds but also taught me what to look for and how to look for it. I was being so picky and Michael never once broke his professionalism during this process. Once we found the stone, I had he official ring finished, they took it in and made my dreams come true. I did not make it easy on their jeweler (as I said Im no professional) but they were able to make it work and overcome all the hurdles with no hesitation. To add on top of all this, I had a very short deadline (see note about always being late) and they STILL managed to make it happen. The ring came out better than I could have ever imagined! I am still so amazed at what they were able to do and I will forever be indebted to them for helping me complete this project. My now Fiancé said yes and she absolutely loves the ring. I am now a lifelong patron of John Thomas Jewelers and you would be doing yourself a disservice not going there. Thanks!

Stop looking at other locations. This should be your first and only stop when it comes to jewelry. My fiancé and I have bought all of our wedding jewelry here and the experience has been absolutely perfect. This isn’t a high pressured place because they don’t work off commission, and they give you the time, attention, and detail that you’d expect. I have a lot to say but ill keep it short. I would recommend John Thomas Jewelers to ANYONE looking for an engagment ring. I was so impressed with the entire process and actually being able to find someone local that has such a detailed and streamlined process for custom ring design. I brought in family rings to have combined into one engagement ring and John created an amazing experience. I got to see what the ring was going to look like with multiple 3D images and had multiple things changed to get exactly what i wanted. I could NOT be happier with the way it turned out. The process took some time but it is to be expected when they are making something from scratch. My mother in law is now going to have a few pendants made as well and I will be returning for our wedding bands.

Outstanding customer service! I was referred by a family member and was not disappointed. I came in looking for an engagement ring that was only viewable online and the staff did not try to push me towards another ring, nor try to up sell me to something different. I had a set price range I wanted to stick with and they were able to meet it spot on. The quality put into each ring is phenomenal! I was able to customize the ring with no hassle. Many options on main stones were available and again I was not pushed to something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Michael was able to find a main stone that suited my budget accordingly and looked amazing! Once the setting and main stone arrived it was only a couple days before I had the ring completed and in my hand. Overall process took me just a few weeks. In our most recent visit I was only in town for a few nights. My husband called John and Michael a few days before our visit to give them a heads up that we would be stopping by to have my ring inspected, cleaned, and re-dipped. John and Michael confirmed that it would not be a problem to get the work completed quickly. Actually even when I called, the gentleman I talked to was so wonderful despite my awkwardness having no clue about diamonds and custom ring design! They can get busy, though I personally never experienced a significant wait, however they have a small waiting area with beverages and snacks, which is quite nice! Wow! My wife needed a diamond replaced on her wedding band and after calling two other larger local companies, we called John Thomas Jewelers. They gave us an estimate over the phone and literally about half what we had been quoted before! As soon as we stepped foot inside their showroom, which has an enormous selection btw and clearly their custom end would be a nice feature if wanting a new ring, John carefully looked and analyzed the whole ring and educated me as to what the repair would entail. He gave me an anticipated pickup date of 1 week which I was more then happy with compared to the two other shops. It's gets even better! Turns out they did the work in only 2 business days and it was actually less then what they quoted us (again about half of the other guys), and he said it was on par with the highest cut and quality of the other stones in there! Trustworthy, fast, less expensive, and just as good, if not better, quality! Hard to believe hence me actually taking the time to write a review. What a diamond it is, the clarity and color is amazing and again cheaper than anything we found at other jewelry stores.
