The staff was amazing. Fast, friendly, and beautiful custom work. I was able to melt down and use the diamonds from my late husband, my late mother and added an Ivory Elk tooth from my boyfriends catch. Made a custom piece that is absolutely amazing. They take time to listen to you and help you create the ring of your dreams!!!

Great jewelers, very versatile. I recently went in for them to repair some carved bone chess pieces and they did a phenomenal job. I then went in to have them repair my partner's ring, which had a diamond missing. Everything looks great, they were quick and affordable. The gentlemen that helped me provided great service. I would highly recommend.

The people who work here are amazing human beings. They are eager to help with any of my jewelry needs and answered all my questions. They resized a ring for me and also welded three bands together—it came out beautiful and was done very quickly. Another time, we bought a band for my fiancé. They let him try on multiple bands and talked to us about all the different sizes, widths, prices, etc. They also cleaned my engagement ring for free while we were waiting. It was a very nice experience!

Love the service here. They put new prongs on my wedding band, put new prongs on a diamond ring, cleaned my jewelry and repaired a few items. They have a nice selection of jewelry and watches. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a valued customer regardless of what your budget is or what service you need.

These guys are great! Very friendly, and helpful. They really went above and beyond to get an important(sentimental) piece of jewelry fixed for me same day, right in the middle of the holidays. And they did a beautiful job on it to boot. They the sized and welded a stone back on and it looks brand new. So thankful!!! I brought my son in to take a couple links out of his nice new watch he got for Christmas which was to big. I called around and Harris wanted 15 dollars and Ben bridge wanted 5 per link. When I called enchanted a very nice women answered and advised my there is no fee as they will do as a courtesy for my son. WOW ! Now that’s customer service at its finest. I have two fosil watches that need some repair so gladly will I come back to enchanted. Thanks again.

I have been having Enchanted Jewelers sauter, create and fix jewelry for me since 2007. One of the most special pieces of jewelry to me is a ring that as of yesterday is beautifully fixed. In 2010 my little sister passed away and I wanted a ring the was just about us as sisters. I wanted it to be a ring with color. A ring that had her favorite color blue, my favorite color purple and her birthstone color a green. I originally found two rings from an uptown store one with a blue non real stone and one with a non real purple stone and knew I wanted them sautered together adding green stone to it. They did the work adding green emeralds to it=it came out beautiful! 5 yrs later the purple stone fell out and I finally took it in within this last month to get the stone replaced with another non real stone. They replaced the stone with a more beautiful light purple cubic zirconia which then out sparkled the original blue stone. I knew it just wasn't going to look right. I had them replace the blue stone with another one matching the same color of blue but it had to give off that sparkle. They beautifully matched the color with a blue princess cut topaz. This ring is now even more beautiful and has all fancier stones than what it originally started out with. Thank you so much for fixing my ring I love it so much! Im teary eye while I write this because it took me some time to get the time to stop in and get it fixed and haven't been able to wear it for a good year and a half. I miss my sister so much and its like shes a little closer to my heart again when I have it on.

My grandmother ordered a small necklace, which was a graduation gift for my sister; and tasked me to find a local place to engrave it. Enchanted Jewelers was suggested to me by a friend. I took a small necklace here to be engraved and I’m thrilled with the outcome. They did a wonderful job and it was done very quickly. (They quoted me 7 days but it was done in 4). There were several different fonts to choose from and it was an affordable service. Prior to visiting here I did not know they also offered custom jewelry services and I plan to return one day to get a custom wedding band made! Overall very happy with my experience with Enchanted Jewelers.
