I was highly referred to and then called Crystal at Sheppard Insurance Group the day before my policy was to end with Progressive and she worked above and beyond normal office hours and we went back-and-forth several times. She never once seemed annoyed and was always incredibly helpful and got back to me immediately every single time I called, even though it was very intense, rushed and outside normal business hours 2 days in a row. I also appreciated the fact that no matter how many questions I had or how many times I went back-and-forth she was very accommodating and never condescending in her tone, she always explained things very thoroughly and friendly . Very very thankful for her and her company! They saved me over $600 every six months, I highly recommend them!
