I have only had good experiences with David Curry State Farm. They are always on top of things and eager to help. Phone calls are always answered quick and issues are resolved at the same time. Even when I had problems with another insurance that was liable for my accident, I was helped so much by State Farm on what to do step by step that I did not even need a lawyer. They remember customers even on phone calls and won’t waste a single minute relearning about a car’s current situation. Harrison has helped me so much and was easy to get in touch with. State Farm has been hands down the best insurance company we have ever had. Before getting with this company over five years ago, I had Progressive, Geico, and Farmers. Let me tell you the difference between having a local agent - and having one of the other guys. It's like night and day, being able to actually go into an office and talk to a person face to face about your policies & claims is priceless. They become your insurance person, you get to know them, they can be reached via email and phone at any time during business hours. There's no waiting on hold to talk to a random person or anything like that, you just call the office and talk to the person who is familiar with you and your policies. Over the last few years the two people in particular who have been helpful to us have been Jennifer and Harrison, they both have been very friendly and helpful. We had our hot water heater break on us last year, Jennifer was a lot of help with that. And around Christmas my husband was in a car accident and Harrison handled everything wonderfully. I never once had to reiterate anything to them, I could just call them up and talk to them and they were already familiar with what was going on. Also a note about their pricing, its more than reasonable, and unlike all the other companies I have been with - the prices just keep going down instead of up. If you bundle all your insurance together with them you can really save! Also if your parents have had them for a while and you live with them, but are moving into your own place, they can grandfather those discounts (from having them long term) onto your own policy. We've always felt like we've been taken good care of with them as our insurance.
