after just moving from a small town to Wichita & enduring the pressures of uprooting my life I was looking only for decent renters insurance at an afordable cost. after meeting with Caleb hanke's team and seeing the laid back professional enviornment. I was guided thru the quoting process with ease not only were they fast and efficient with the quote but they put it in terms I could understand. they walked me thru the process step by step and made sure they understood my needs as an individual now I get maximum coverage at a cheaper rate than what I was expecting after switching over my auto and bundling it with my new renters insurance (the best renters policy in the game)I'm thrilled that my rate is much less than i was paying in the past now not only do i have the protection I need I have more than enough coverage to shake the stress of the financial ruin an accident could bring me both at home and on the road... like I always do I didnt come up with any good questions to ask after the meeting and initial payment. afterwords I called the office they took time to answer and make sure that i understood I could contact them anytime they even answered the phone and said my name which impressed me and made me feel like more than just a customer. that's why I took the time to make this review. Caleb hanke's office isn't just about a paycheck. him and his team are only concerned with providing the best coverage to the people of wichita which in my opinion makes them the best affordable insurance in the area.

We were pricing vehicle and homeowners insurance, as ours has continued to go up despite having no claims on file. While some of the increase is market driven, I just felt like we weren't getting the quality of service from our previous provider. I submitted an online quote request, and heard from Stephen, almost immediately, on a Saturday evening. Stephen was very responsive and helpful, answered all of my questions, and got us more coverage than we had previously, all while saving us some serious cash!! In a matter of no time, we were successfully State Farm customers and can't thank Stephen enough for expediting our new policy and making us feel like his top priority. I highly recommend this agent!
