To the point:Great company _trustworthy_ professional_ personable and reliable. Would recommend! When I say I have been a member of EVERY possible insurance you can think of, I mean it. I won't name names but these other companies were not on my side! That low online rate did not save me time! And I would have paid that extra 15% or more if it would have meant they would actually have done there jobs! But those are the old companies. State Farm has always given me great customer service. I love it even more at the Edwin Ampiah-Addison location. I never feel rushed when I have questions or bamboozled on the bill. They are very transparent and make sure I understand what my options are. When I had a claim they went above and beyond to help me.(unlike Flo's people) This office has proven themselves time and time again. I kept leaving, thinking I've found a better deal only to realize I wasn't in "good hands". But, they always took me back with open arms. I trust them, so from here on I'm staying put and they will be handling ALL of my family's insurance needs!
