I have been with Nationwide just about my entire driving life. I was young and got into some fender-benders and they were always there and responsive. I was late on my payments often as the rebellious (immature) teen I was until Penny would patiently call me and remind me and take my payment over the phone. Fast forward 10 years and I’m a better driver and more responsible adult so I didn’t talk to Penny for quite some time. Now I have moved out of state and Penny is still personally helping me with the switch. It makes me sad to leave because she and Mayo Insurance Agency have been so amazing and their rates are great for solid coverage. I highly recommend them for anyone and any family. Thanks for all you’ve done!!
