It was an easy process and Haley was able to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction for the right coverage suited to my needs. When I initially talked to Christian, over a yr. ago,I had started a new job with more pay,but still was unsure financially if I could or should do the much needed life insurance. Upon the recent renewal of my car insurance I'm at a different job paying more than the last, thank GOD. I jokingly said to the agent I need to talk to Christian too about that life insurance now. She said I'll let him know, and what's a good time for you. I said Saturday. Saturday came and Christian not only called but remembered me, had all my previously given info still to include the policy I sent him that I had with another company for comparison then he stayed on the phone with me 3 hrs breaking everything down 'Barney Style' for me. I am so please with my new State Farm Ins agent, Christian Bisese. After finding out that my auto insurance with Allstate was going to go up another $100+ dollars/ month, I started shopping insurance. And after 2 days of me talking to at least 6 different people trying to get quotes and my phone ringing almost non-stop, I finally by chance picked up my phone. And I'm so glad I did. It was this wonderfully, pleasant voice telling me his name, Christian, and that he was with State Farm and he thought he might have a monthly rate that might work for me. We talked for a minute but I was work, so Christian said he could call me when I got home. He did call me back at the agreed time but I was running a little later than expected. He was so pleasant and said he would give me time to get home and get settled and then call me back. He did just that! He worked out a better rate including all full coverage for me than anyone else did, with liability. After we got all that dry l settled he let me know he could also help me with my life insurance. So, one thing at a time, I'm going to get this budgeted in and then Christian and I will be talking again. I am truly looking forward to a long relationship with my new insurance agent. Thank you so much Christian for your help and your patience! I will be recommending you to everyone! (Even if they don't ask... haha)

Not only does he know his job inside and out he's a great listener and he will take the time to sit back and work out any issue or problem or question that you may have. I went in today to talk about the life insurance policies that I had and then we ended up in the policies for my car insurance is and then my house insurance and then I was asking questions not even related to his job but somebody else's and he was able to give me a referral of somebody he knew.
