Wonderful experience with Gina Lynch State Farm, spoke with LJ yesterday & he was great. Very personable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to help me with my car insurance. He also assisted me with life insurance, which I was a little hesitant about but after explaining the benefits and offering a great price I was confident it was the right choice. The thing that really stood out to me about his amazing customer service was the fact that I called at around 4:30pm & although it was near closing time, he was so patient and he made sure I was comfortable with all my options. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. LJ really made it an easy call !!

Unfortunately I had to shop around for new car insurance I was with my recent insurance company for 3 years. But recently didn’t know they cancelled my policy and the 15 day mark was up yesterday so I would have to start all over got quoted for almost 400 dollars. I was on the phone with my sister she told me to give chi chi a called and I did when I tell u she did her thing with getting me insured and saving me money i will recommend her to anyone she was very professional and answer all my questions. Also they welcome you with open arms and make u feel like family.

I was referred to State Farm for renters insurance by my new leasing manager, as I’m in the process of relocating. She attached Gina Lynch’s name to the email & that’s who I asked for when I called. Terry Boone is the representative who answered, he informed me that Lisa was out of the office and was more than happy to assist me. After starting my new renters insurance policy, he asked if I had auto insurance. I was slightly embarrassed and hesitant to answer because the answer is no. I can even remember riding with my parents as a child to go and speak with their agent and always getting some candy off their desk! As an adult, I’m pleased that not much has changed with this company. The hospitality is still a 10/10 and they make their customers feel like family. Working with the Gina Lynch staff has been great. I received a renters insurance quote quickly and the rate is very reasonable. Additionally, they were able to fulfill a requirement for my insurance from my rental company that another company couldn’t fulfill. I appreciate that the staff (Leonard Smith) went above and beyond to be responsive throughout the process. I’ve been shopping around for insurance for the last couple of days and State Farm seems to have the best rates and discounts. On top of that, the customer service from State Farm rep Leonard was incredible. He was also very patient with me as I was asking a LOT of questions. I would highly recommend State Farm if you are looking for better rates and service.

This agent was chosen because one of the members at the other agency had to find another place to work and the location to our home was a good fit. We wanted to stay with at least one person that we knew from the other agency. I can't say enough good thinks about Gina and Mylissa. Gina helped me with my husband's life insurance after he passed away in 2018. She gave me my choices on collection. At first, I was going to take the lump sum, but after consideration of leaving it with State Farm's Benefit Management Account at 4.5%, I decided to let it ride to gain the interest until I really needed it. Gina offers me advice on adding options to my home insurance and anything else she thinks I may need. I feel very confident with her agency and her employees. I have home and auto insurance with State Farm plus they handle my FEMA account. Since 1971 when my husband was transferred to the Virginia Beach area, State Farm was the agency that took a chance on insuring a military family. After the first agent retired, we chose another agent close to our neighborhood, and after he retired, we had the opportunity to have Gina Lynch as our agent. We have had State Farm Insurance for more years than I can remember (auto insurance since I bought my first car “way back when” and adding homeowners’ insurance later). Our previous agent retired and Gina Lynch became our “new” agent. We met with her initially in August 2018 to review our policies. Gina is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us in countless ways since that first meeting. We were able to save on our auto insurance premiums using the State Farm Drive Safe & Save app and we were also able to refinance our mortgage at a significantly lower rate. Gina also provided us the opportunity to learn more about wills, living trusts and associated insurance products by inviting us to a seminar at her office. She is the consummate professional who listens to our concerns and provides workable solutions that have been extremely beneficial to our overall financial “well-being”; working with Gina is always a pleasant experience!
