She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made obtaining insurance on my RV a breeze. She did the grunt work while I answered a few simple questions. She guided me to the best product. Instead of being focused on a single insurance underwriter, such as Nationwide, I learned to focus on a single insurance company such as Choice who offers a portfolio of products and matches the customers need to the best product. The rate and coverage was far better than what other companies offered.

My husband and I worked with Don to get our home and auto switched over from Geico. I thought we were getting good rates with Geico before due to all the "discounts" they provided, but Don was able to find us an auto policy with the exact same coverages and saved us about $55 a month! Working with Don and Choice took all the hassle out of having to quote with multiple carriers myself. Don was also able to save us around $500 a year on our homeowners insurance as well! I am very pleased with our experience with Choice and Don did a phenomenal job. He was always so nice and personable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone else.

We have been commercial clients of this agency for 13 or so years. Before that we were with some of the largest insurance brokers in the country. Bill Willard and his team have been the best insurance people we have ever worked with. Debbie Barbra has been our account manager the entire time and has done an excellent job. She always provides prompt, accurate, and cheerful service. We have several locations and getting certificates out each year can be a bit crazy but Paula Boozer handles that promptly and professionally. Definitely 5 stars and the highest of recommendations to the entire agency.
