Everyone at the office is always so helpful and understanding if I’m in a situation and will help in anyway possible! Dani is my favorite, when ever I call and she answers it’s like talking to a friend. We handle the business then have long conversations about family or work. I feel like I’m family there!! Also my daughter got hit in her car and this agency handled it 110% and had me my total loss payout in 3 days so I was able to get my daughter a new car by the end of the week. Not only did they cut my rates for my auto and homeowners insurance nearly in half from what I was paying with Allstate, but they provide the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Any questions I’ve had have been promptly answered by calling the office or even sending a text. I refuse to leave !! I maintain various policies in which this group takes the time to explain every detail to me. Terry was very patient, and went the extra mile to ensure me that I was getting the best coverage for my money; even when it came towards flood insurance. When my loan officer and mortgage lender was telling me that my future residence at the time was in a flood zone; Terry went the extra mile, proving them wrong of the property not being located within a flood zone, and save me unnecessary funds spent on a product that was not needed. With the bundle product I received from Terry and Brett, I was able to cut my auto insurance cost from $190.00 monthly to just $119.00. Thanks to Terry, and Brett for a job well done!
