Just wanted to leave the highest praise for Cain, the representative in VA Beach. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, very patient, and professional. The issue he had to deal with was extremely complex and laborious. He had to gather a lot of information and signatures for the issue to be resolved. He kept me posted on the progress so I never felt I was hanging on. He took care of me the whole time. I have to say I was a bit panicked when I called as I cannot drive until this will hopefully be resolved with DC DMV, all due to Cain’s help. He empathized with the difficulty I was having. Ryan Stewart did an excellent job. I am changing to Geico because of him. I recently had a minor fender bender and asked my All-State agent if my rates would go up. His answer was let's wait until the policy comes up. And boy, did it go up, 150%. When I asked about the increase, he sited the accident, rate increase and a sur-charge. I was 5 days away from their accident forgiveness option, meaning no accidents for 5 years and it doesn't effect your program. When I asked about the rates and if they could be lowered, he immediately dropped it about $50, off the $250 increase. I wasn't happy. So I decide to go through the effort of checking prices. I reached out to 3 companies. Ryan responded within an hour and was very professional. The other 2 were the next day. Geico was not the cheapest by far, but I didn't want to go through a company that I haven't heard of. Through it all, Ryan was responsive, professional and seemed to care about doing the right thing for needs. I would highly recommend his services.
