When searching for insurance it has been hard to find an agent that displays a high level of professionalism and transparency about the product you are purchasing. For years I just bought what I thought I needed and trusted what they said I needed. If you're anything like I am, understanding all of the options on a policy can be difficult. Alexander helped me every step of the way and was able to take the time to actually explain exactly what I was purchasing! I now know what my needs are and feel as if I actually understand what I have purchased with confidence. Any time I had a question he was able to answer it in a short time. I even got a better rate than I previously had with my old agent. I plan on using his knowledge for my home owners as well!
