Sometimes you just have a bad hire I guess. I originally rated this company a 1 star after issues over several renewals of my home policy and due to issues with car insurance not getting paid and getting hit with a laps in coverage. The person I always dealt with is no longer there and the service I’ve received, specifically from Hannah, is nothing short of exemplary. She is a pleasure to speak with and really puts in the work to help get the best coverage at the best price for home insurance. If not for my loyalty discounts with Farmers insurance, I would probably move my auto also so I just deal with Hannah for all of it. Great decision... keep it up!!

White glove treatment from start to finish. I transferred my homeowners policy and was so impressed with the customer service, I asked for a quote for my auto as well. Randy reviewed all of my insurance coverage including my umbrella policy from work and personally walked me through my options on my auto policy. End result, I'm saving close to 4K a year. Even if it had only been a few dollars, he still would have had my business. Randy went way out of his way to keep me informed and was highly communicative via email and on the phone. Recommending him to everyone I know. Update: When my home policy premium was about to jump almost three times, they found me one much more reasonably priced. Appreciate their diligence in reducing my costs.

I have worked with Deana for insurance given that we had to switch company structure to better our position with investments. She worked really hard to find me similar coverage to what I previously had at the best price, answering all of my questions in the process. She also let me know when the insurance threatened to cancel our policy because the roof needs to be changed. It is ongoing but Deana is very responsive when we have questions and has negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf to give us the time to complete the project. Professional, responsive, detail-oriented and a pleasure to talk to are but a few of the words I would use to describe Deana. I would have no issue recommending her.

This agency found the best policy at the most affordable price for me at a time I was desperate to save every dollar. Anytime I have called this office I have felt like I mattered and was not just a number. Everyone is kind, pleasant, efficient and thorough. If you are “shopping “ for an agency... look no further! I have been more than impressed with them. Updated 5/22/20 Again 5 stars for this business. Two separate calls this month for just general questions. Both occasions the service here is absolutely outstanding. Saving money by shopping around may be the only option for some and service might not be the the main reason a person chooses one company over another. For myself, I want a great price but if the service is awful I would seek another company. The service a company provides speaks volumes about who they are and what is important to them. This agency far exceeds others in my opinion. Again no need to look elsewhere. Update to this review 10/13/20 : Ditto to statement above. This is in my humble option is a first class company that value their customers . Update on 4/14/2021: Still outstanding service. No need to shop around!! UPDATE 6-1-22: Standing strong and remaining a 5 star review. Even with todays rising prices I feel this agency goes above and beyond to try and soften these rising costs. April's due diligence found a claim on a prospective home purchase that wasn't disclosed, nor could be seen from the naked eye, and would have cost thousands in repairs. Because of her prompt finding and knowledge of the subject matter, we were able to reopen negotiations with the seller and come to a new agreement.
