Been using Atlantic Insurance for the past 4-5 years and it has been the best experience I have ever had when it comes to customer support. The staff is very friendly. Heather makes me feel important when i speak to her. She may not know what you look like, or who you are in general but she always calls back when she says she will look into a quote or issue and speaks to you very humble and respectful. I called them today for a quote on both home and auto insurance, The rep was very nice and tried to find us a better price for our auto and home insurance than what we are currently paying. And although they could not beat the price we had from our current carriers I am still very happy I called them, at least I came out knowing I have a good price for now. If I go price shopping next term I will call them again.

I cold called and spoke with Heather who got me new insurance at a lower price that better reflected my needs. She was efficient, kind and professional, even on a saturday. I have been dealing with Carmen for car insurance. She was very helpful in obtaining a competitive quote from Progessive as we recently moved from PA. Got all the required paperwork submitted and paid for insurance. Was given a website to electronically sign contract. This is where the problem started. The website says I need a vehicle inspection. Carmen said it was not required because I am more than 10 miles from agency. Need verfication of this fact since website says insurance will be cancelled without inspection. Several calls into Carmen and no reply. Will updated post as more info is received. Talked with Carmen today. All resolved. Will raise review to 4 stars.
