After considering many options for my renter's insurance, I finally decided to go with State Farm. Not only did they offer the best coverage and rate, but my experience with Erin was very pleasant. She was personable and very clear in answering all of my questions, as well as making some recommendations to preserve my credit and cost efficiency regarding coverage/deductibles; and even went as far as to recommend me some new venues to try after I move in to my new place. Thanks Melissa! My only gripe is that State Farm's prices are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. And unfortunately, due to this new claim I'm filingnot due to negligence on my part, but because of an issue on the interstatemy premium will likely increase $50 or more per month.

Our auto insurance was about to go up so we shopped around and ended up switching to State Farm through Lacey Mitchell. I’m a lazy person by nature so it was a daunting task but Mayda made it so easy to transition. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the different options I had for insurance so I really knew what kind of coverage I was getting. We ended up saving a ton of money by switching over. There’s the added bonus of attending the free events they throw so you can meet your agent or network with local community members. I of course, like any decent human, also attend for the food 🐴.
