I’ve been with Crawford-Butz agency for years now. I’ve always been satisfied with the service but what recently happened went above and beyond my expectations. Ibro Tucakovic, my agent reached out to me unexpectedly to advise that I could be saving money with another insurance company with the same or better policy. He went over all the details, answered all the questions I had, made it super easy to switch and was super patient with me. He saved me money when I was not even looking for it. Absolutely amazing and I am so grateful.

You find out how good your Insurance and your Agent is when you need to file a claim. And over the years, my extended family and I have had to file claims for roofs and car accidents and fire and flood. These can be complicated and it has been so worth it to have an Agent - ours is Larry Nolte - who walks us through the process successfully every time. Some people shop insurance over the phone for the cheapest price not even knowing who their agent is. Larry shops the prices for me and when we need him to adjust or update our policies - adding and subtracting cars, drivers, addresses, etc., we can rest assured that it has been done and done correctly. I am extremely satisfied with my agent, Larry Nolte and the Crawford-Butz Agency.

They took care of my grandparents home insurance needs and when I got my first hom back in the late 70's they started helping me. A number of years ago my husband & I added our car insurance and we've been very satisfied with their suggestions and help.. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and I never hesitate to ask questions, even ones that are ones I probably should have known the answer to. Highly recommend them. UPDATE - yesterday I was in the middle of a 3 car squish, I got squished. Tracy helped me get through the insurance maze talking to the other insurance company and I'm eternally grateful. I posted an original review of two stars and I terminated my insurance because I felt like I had not gotten the customer service I expected. After I posted my review, I received a call from my agent, Matt Laux. He wanted to talk more about it and told me about his perspective in our business relationship. I listened and told mine and we conversated and Matt was very apologetic about my experience. I changed my review to four stars because I greatly appreciate that kind of individual attention. Matt was not hostile or aggressive when he called and was genuinely trying to understand why I cancelled. That kind of individual customer service is what I look for when looking for places to do business with. Which is why I have asked him for quotes for my LLC since the big insurance company I switched car insurance to doesn't offer insurance for my LLC. Unfortunately it is after five and I have left a message. I do recommend that you give Crawford-Butz a try.

Crawford Butz has carried my insurance for over 20 years. Luckily I have not had to make many claims. I do remember one Christmas while driving back from cutting down my tree, I hit a deer. Yikes, it was right near St. Anthony's hospital. I didn't know what to do - so I called Steve Butz. What happened next could be on a TV Ad. Steve's wife said, "Just a minute, Steve is on the roof putting up our Christmas lights - I'll go get him." Steve came down off the ladder and told me how to proceed - now that's service! Did I mention that Steve (and now his son, Kevin) review my insurance yearly to see if they can consolidate and find a better price - can't beat that!
