I’ve been a customer of Andrew Broombaugh’s State Farm branch since 2015 and have always had extremely positive interactions with him and his staff. Cathy helped me merge insurance accounts with my now husband, obtain new policies when we bought new vehicles, and always helped us find discounts when they were available. Andrew, Cathy, and Rick are always pleasant on the phone and take care of us as if we were family. Even though we moved from our original city location, I continue to use this branch because of their excellent customer service.

My daughter and I contacted Rick (Insurance Account Representative) at Andrew Broombaugh State Farm Agency to help us set up a new car policy after my daughter was gifted a car by her grandfather in Florida. Rick helped us with the required paperwork to transfer ownership, register the car in Missouri, and obtain plates. Most importantly, Rick contacted the prior State Farm agent in Florida and successfully transferred the existing policy credits (including the ten year accident free discount) over to my daughter's new policy. Rick provided us with several different quotes, helped us optimize the coverage, and made sure we received all applicable discounts resulting in a very favorable rate despite my daughter being considered a young driver. Rick was very professional, always followed through on his promises, and worked diligently to complete this complex transaction so we could get a binder emailed to us the same day! Rick also set-up a renter's policy for my daughter. Highly recommend this agency!

I just moved to MO from FL and he was very helpful in helping with me and my transition, I had a lot of questions about insurance, how to change my plates, and questions about residency. I look forward to working with him again once I get more settled in purchasing renters insurance and life insurance. State Farm offers great bundles. Plus if you’re able to visit him in the office at dog town sometimes the agents have their cute pups there! All well behaved and happy of course!

I love that it’s in Dogtown, but I switched because I needed someone I could trust and ask a lot of questions to. I found this in Kathy Fuhrmeister! She’s the smiling face greeting you when you walk in and the one with all the answers. For someone like me who knows nothing about insurance and all the options, sitting down with Kathy and going through everything step by step was unbelievably helpful. She has the right balance between giving you suggestions and letting you choose what’s right for your family. She’s also very reachable! Anytime I’ve messaged, called, or run by, she’s there to help. I’ve never felt so comfortable before, and I will be with this office as long as Kathy is there!
