Nothing but great experiences with this office since I left my last insurance agency. My main contact has been Alex Tysdale, who has walked me through switching all my insurance over from my previous, along with making all the phone calls to get old policies cancelled. Anytime I have a question, him or someone in the office is more than happy to answer them, even if it’s an odd request that none of them have been asked before. If I have a question about my policies or need to make a claim, there is no waiting for two hours to get through to an ‘agent’. Two rings on the phone, and I’m having my questions answered and if needed, getting my claim started. This is the first insurance company I’ve had a good experience with, and this office exceeds my expectations in every count.

I just switched back to State Farm after being with another company for nearly 4 years. My rates had gone up considerably so I started comparing rates again.
